• The hotel was very clean.
• The hotel employees were not very helpful.

“The hotel was clean, moderately priced, and close to I-69. The free continental breakfast offered a nice variety of foods, but the coffee left something to be desired. No one at the front desk lifted a finger to help me navigate the baggage cart through the heavy front door when they weren't preoccupied with other guests.”

• Very clean & nicely decorated.
• The staff was distracted & not very attentive.

“It's a very nice hotel - definitely a good deal for the price. I would stay here again. The staff was preoccupied, and didn't give the kind of service I would expect. The continental breakfast was mediocre.”

• The decor in the room was very nice.

“The outside appearance was very well maintained. The room appeared to be fairly newly renovated, and everything was very nice. The continental complimentary breakfast included French toast, bagels, cereals, fruit, juices and Danish.”

• The gal that usually works when I check in is always helpful and friendly.
• Wasn't concerned about the lack of no internet connection.

“I was somewhat disappointed in my stay this time. I have stayed several times and can depend on when I check in, the gal working to be very helpful and friendly. I had an important meeting via internet and was not able to get on as internet was down. Although it had to do with the entire satellite services, it was an inconvenience. At check out, there didn't seem to be a concern of the seriousness of this situation.”

• It was pleasant and clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice.
• The beds were a little worn in our room. It is time to replace them.

• So friendly. Clean and accommodated all my needs.
• Bathroom was cold and not good lighting. Maybe update the bedding.

“The staff was awesome and the room was very clean. I choose a smoking room and a lot of times even though it's expected, a smoking room has a bad odor. This room smelled fresh and great care was taken to insure I had a nice stay. Perfect stay.”

• Front desk staff was very friendly and offered to help in anyway.
• The curtains did not fully close, I was on the first floor and truckers were working on a truck outside. I wanted to pin the drapes shut.

“I very seldom travel for business and this hotel served my needs for accommodations. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.”

• They had a very clean high chair in the breakfast area that my daughter used during breakfast.
• I was unable to upgrade to a larger room.

“This hotel is only about a year and a half old. The whirlpool was broken and no one was working on it. It had a leak somewhere in the bottom. They have hot tub rooms so I offered to give them an extra 30 to 40 dollars a night and the manager told me It was not their policy. The pool was cold and they would not adjust temperature. I have bad knees and a bad back. All I wanted to do was swim so I could feel better. The elevator broke twice to the third floor so I had to do the stairs. I even asked for a room on lower floor. I will never stay there again.”
