- The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was very clean with comfortable beds.
- The only option for a suite was one with only one bed. Two bed suites would be great for families.
“We truly enjoyed the hotel. Staff was excellent, our room was immaculate and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We did not eat in the restaurant, but we did order room service and the food was very good.”

- The room was nice and warm when we walked in.
- The bathroom was tiny and the beds weren't meant for two adults.
“Right off the freeway and easy access to anywhere you want to go. Not much traffic. Clean hotel and great staff, the pool is meant for adults and children! The hotel staff answered our questions very quickly and they had these cards that give you great directions to where ever you need to go. We will be back next year.”

- Since I, flower designer I noticed the outdoor planters which were very tasteful/.
- I would have liked a free continental breakfast.

- The hotel was good for the price we paid.
- The doors were not closeable without slamming them shut.
“This hotel was a decent hotel for the price we paid. It is an older hotel that has been recently updated. The bathroom was a bit awkward due to the location of the door. It had to be closed when taking a shower which caused the room to steam up quite a lot.”

- Comfortable beds with nice linens; reasonably quiet; good location.
- Very small bathroom; quite a hike from the parking lot to our room; not quite as deluxe as description online.
“Very nice hotel and excellent value. The first two nights we had to walk through a conference event to get to our room, which was awkward. There were no luggage carts available at that entrance. The hotel is quite large and very spread out. On the whole, not quite as deluxe as the description online, but still very nice. Right off the freeway, and a short distance to downtown fort Wayne.”

- This hotel is beautiful and a great place to stay even the stars stay here like VanZant & Styx I know for a fact I seen them.
- The second floor of the hotel doesnt have a elevator. They to keep there pop machines filled we was there 2 days and they where not filled any day.
“This is a great hotel the staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do anything to make your stay a great one just ask. The food is great! The location is great to anyplace you need to go. The coliseum, any of the restaurants, the malls and the strip mall. We stay there quite often and love it. Thanks for a great hotel and location.”

- Clean, good bedding and towels. Friendly and attentive staff.
- No wireless network in rooms, Room was small.
“Easy to find the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and very professional, but didn't make it clear about the availability of wireless network in the room. The room was clean and adequate, but hard to find and back next to the construction area. Check-out was easy. We left a few items in the room, called the hotel to inquire about them, but they never called me back.”

- I was there for my anniversary and we had several issues with kids playing pranks in the hall.

- The front desk always accommodates my needs every time I stay here.
- I have no complaints.
“This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at in the upper Midwest. It's not the fanciest hotel however, it meets my needs and the front desk personnel are some of the friendliest and professional folks I have ever dealt with. I always look forward to staying at the fort Wayne Marriott.”

- Location was great.
- Not enough tables in pool area. The elevators did not work very well.

- The bed was wonderful. I love that they changed mattresses.
- The way you get to the hotel. It was not easily accessible.
“I truly enjoyed my stay at the Marriott and the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful, however, to locate this hotel (I am not that familiar with Ft. Wayne) was quite difficult for my husband and I. My husband eventually had to go and ask another Marriott that we saw, where this hotel was. Then, the entrance to the hotel was not easily accessible. - But, I will go back, I slept so good there.”

- The location and the beds were very nice.
- We stayed at the Hilton in fort Wayne 2 weeks ago and it was far superior and we paid less. This hotel was too spread out, not good parking.
“The hotel was in a convenient location and Iżm sure if you are not traveling with small children it would be a great place to stay. There was a very nice club (bar) and steakhouse. But it was not conducive to families with kids. It was too spread out and there were loud parties and huge conferences going on while we were there. ”

“The hotel was cleaner on my last trip and I was put on the fifth floor vs. 1st.i prefer higher levels. it took awhile to fine the robe that my partner left in the bathroom hanging on the door, but it was eventually found which made my partner very happy !”

- The majority of the rooms are not affected by noise from ballrooms.
- The hotel can be easily missed off of the main street.
“I was impressed by the friendly staff. I asked for a room on an upper floor and to my surprise, I was handed a room key to the concierge floor - what a nice touch that was! I would say that because our request was met above and beyond what I had expected that special touch made our 2-day stay that much more enjoyable. This particular hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels in fort Wayne! I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again. Thank you!!!”

- Towel rack, hairdryer, plug-in on same wall not properly connected to wall. Bathroom could be cleaner.

- Tricky to get into and the parking was inconvenient, room fairly small.

- It was what I expected from a luxury hotel--a friendly staff, clean and lush rooms.
“This was an excellent hotel. It's location was perfect as it is close to the expressway as well as a mall. The pool is very nice, too. The rooms are big, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, we went to both the restaurant and bar in the hotel, and they were nice. The restaurant was especially good.”

- Good location, easy access to and from major roads
- Slow service, unsafe fire exits, poorly trained staff, poor enforcement of rules
“1. We had a sick child and requested a roll-away bed so he could sleep alone. After calling a second time, and visiting the front desk in person, a manager finally delivered the bed about 90 minutes later.2. Once settled and asleep for the night, the fire alarm went off around midnight. I called the front desk to ask if it was a fasle alarm or not, and was told they did not know. We immediately evacuated the third floor room and took the stairs to an emergency-only exit. The alarm mechanism on the door was exposed (mechanics, wiring, etc.), and appeard unsafe to touch. We opened the door anyway to find that it was blocked and only opened enough for one person exit at a time. This exit led to a completely dark outside corner of the hotel, directly into mud, brush, and landscaping. We walked around to the main entrance and found everything to be normal. I asked someone attending the front desk if the fire alarm was a false alarm, and she said it was, then a manager approached us in shock that we took it seriously, and said that if it were real, he would be banging on the doors to alert us. Somehow, I doubt he could make it to every door in time. We went back to our room and tried again to get some rest.3. Around 7:00 a.m., the fire alarm again went off. Although the front desk was able to confirm this was a flase alarm this time when I called - we had had enough. We packed up, left, and went home to get away from our mini-vacation.4. On checking out, the front desk person noted that I was booked and paid for two days, and that I was leaving after only one. I told her that midnight fire alarms were not my idea of a pleasant stay, and she replied with "Oh, well thank you for staying." She made no effort to aplogize or rectify the situation at all.”
