• Great suite-type room. We did not know we had this type of room. Very clean. Public areas also clean and well maintained.

“My wife and I are very well-traveled. We found this hotel to be a great value. It was well-maintained and very clean. The suite-type rooms were outstanding. I wish that they had a better selection of pillows. I need a firmer pillow that holds my head higher off of the bed.”

• I liked the uniqueness of this hotel-and the fact that it was superior in so many ways.
• It was harder to find than some hotels and could use more signs in that general area to help guests find it.

“When I arrived I was greeted by a nice smiling. Young lady who quickly told me where my room was and a little about the breakfast and hotel. I was tired as it was pouring the rain and I had spent some time in heavy traffic so was glad to see that the heat was on in my room and it was so clean and unique in its style.”

“The hotel was filled with early to mid teen sports teams. The kids were running a muck with little to no supervision. They were running up and down the hallways yelling late into the night making it nearly impossible to get my 9 month old daughter to sleep. The kids and their parents had taken over the lobby and the public areas and turned them into a disaster zone. Either the hotel staff couldn't keep up with the mess or they didn't have the staff.”

• Affordability and quality of the entire hotel.
• Early Sunday morning, maintenance was cleaning a swimming pool cover in the parking lot and it was disturbing us.

• Rooms are beautiful and comfortable bedding.
• No indoor pool, nothing for my child to do.

“Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, Starbucks coffee. We stayed in the winter and there was nothing for my child to do while there. No indoor pool or activity room. Comfortable rooms, large flat screen TV, excellent pillows. Close to shopping and restaurants.”

• Close to shopping areas and to our exit when we left for home.
• The bath was the smallest we have ever had in a hotel this class.

• Room was beautiful, awsome TV.
• No indoor pool or activities for kids.

“Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms exceeded my expectation. Only pool was outside and I went there in January, my child was disappointed. Great location near shops, restaurants, mall. Very nice staff, free Wi-Fi.”

• Great layout, free breakfast, comfortable and spacious rooms and WiFi.
• Very casual, part-timer attitude of staff did not match hotel. Cleaning between days was lacking in room, but room was nice upon arrival.

“Modern room set up and conveniences. This was a great place to stay for a long weekend of traveling through the city with a large group. Rooms provided living room space to allow for visitors or separate area from bed to read/etc. Free breakfast, wireless internet and workout room a plus.”

• The room was very spacious.
• The free breakfast was limited in choices and not very tasty.

“The hotel is extremely convenient to most of the areas we were visiting. The room was great, with a large living area in which to sit and watch TV. The TV was a huge, flat screen. The bathroom was small but I would much rather have a large living, dressing area than a large bath. Overall, I would recommend this hotel again. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.”

• I liked the size of the room, TV and sofa.
• I turned up the heat; it set off the smoke alarm and began to smell.

“I will try to find Hyatt hotels again. This was, by far, the cleanest, roomiest, nicest for the money hotel. An indoor pool would be nice. We enjoyed our one night stay.”

• Continental breakfast only served until 9:30 am. No indoor pool (I think).

• The hotel was made for the 21st century not just an updated 20th century hotel.
• When I first walked in the hotel the area for the "front desk" was not easily identified as such.

“Large comfortable rooms with separate sleep areas. 42" flat screen TV is a definite plus. Fresh cantaloupe, honey dew Mellon and grapefruit was an excellent start to the morning. I did not have anything made from the kitchen but my brief glance at the menu revealed fair not typical of this level of hotel.”

• The cleanliness and convenient location to the facilities we were visiting during our stay.
• Not family friendly, especially for the kids. Nothing much for them to do besides 2 computers in the lobby and a small pool.

“The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, the front desk staff (evening shift especially) were very friendly and accommodating. Would like to see a game room or something for the kids. They do have energy and need something to keep them occupied.”

• We really enjoyed the living area in the room along with the large flat screen TV. There was plenty of floor space for our young boys to play.
• It had an outdoor pool.

• Big Flat screen TV's, extra comfortable beds, very clean, and friendly staff.
• They only had an outdoor pool.

“This is a recently updated hotel that was very clean and warm feeling. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the check in/out process went quickly with no problems. It is an all suites hotel with large wrap-around couches and very comfortable beds. Big flat screen TV's just make it even more enjoyable, why even leave the room!”

• The hotel was neat and clean. The 42 inch TV was a plus for late night watching, but remote did not work well. Room was comfortable for our short stay.
• The bathroom could have been bigger, toilet was to close to tub, and needed a exhaust fan.

“This was our first time staying in a hotel in Ft. Wayne, IN. The hotel was easily to get to and there was enough parking. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We only stayed 2 days and it was a good experience.”

• One of the two beds may not have been cleaned-sheets were wrinkled, had a stain, and felt like there was sand in it. We slept in the other bed!
