• Very clean, friendly, secure and convenient.
• No pool, small contintntal breakfast.

“Everything was fine until I walked into the room and couldn't breathe from someone's smoke. We are non-smokers, and I am allergic to cigarette smoke.”

• Contenintal breakfast.
• Smoking room, small breakfast area.

“I had stayed here before and knew that it was a good, clean hotel. However, I received a smoking room and asked if I could be switched. I was told none were available so I was OK with that until another traveler in my group was switched to a non-smoking room. My room was so stinky that it absorbed into our clean clothes. We had to wash everything when we got home. I will probably stay here again.”

• Close to major routes. Several restaurants within walking distance.
• Rooms were a little small for a large family, but are fine for a night.

“Small hotel close to major routes, but just far enough away to cut down the noise. Good casual dining very close. Nice but simple breakfast provided. High-backed office chair a plus. The rooms may be a little small for an extended stay, but for a night or two, this is a good choice.”

• The breakfast and the ameneties in the room.
• The coffee maker did not function properly and it dumped hot coffee on my hand.

“It was a very nice hotel but there were hotels adjacent to this one that were just as nice and much cheaper.”

• Very safe area!
• Smoke in hallways.

“One smoking room on each floor is a definite problem for children with asthma! This should be changed to at least one floor with no smoking.”

• Clean rooms, walking distance to many restaurants, well priced, decent breakfast, comfortable.
• Morning receptionist was not people friendly. Seemed to have a chip on shoulder
  would not smile.
  I mentioned it to her and she denied an attitude.

“Very easy off and on Interstate. Clean, comfy rooms, nice shower, close to restaurants (walking distance), computer in lobby, decent breakfast, I slept well and awoke refreshed. Would stay again.”

• Location was excellent for dining and shopping outside of hotel.
• Couldn't see sign from road and had to call to find.

“I enjoyed my business stay. Room was great with facilities needed. I also enjoyed the waffle I had for breakfast.”

• I liked the price and location of the hotel. It was convenient to the interstate but quiet.
• The strong sent of smoking in the hallway outside our room. The morning clerk could have been more courteous.

“I would recommend the Sleep Inn for its location and easy access to the interstate. There are many restaurants within walking distance. I felt safer there since it was on a hotel row. There were several gas stations close by as well as stores if you needed anything. It was quiet also.”

• Front desk service was very helpful. Shower was fabulous. The room was very cozy. Loved it!
• Micro fridge had a spill inside but I didn't need it anyway.

“I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Chattanooga. I was never in need of anything. there was a nice kitchen where I could use the microwave for popcorn, a great sitting area downstairs to do work as well as a nice big desk in the room. A computer with a printer was available for use if the need were to arise. Air conditioning was great in the room, shower was wonderful and bed was comfy, person at the desk was a huge help to me, he bent over backwards to help me get a room for the night after hearing of my problems.”

• We really liked the location because it was close to the mall and shopping.
• No swimming pool.

• Nothing.
• It was just bad. I won't go there again.

“They had wireless internet, but don't get your hopes up because it's a 'B' network, and I couldn't use it in my room. They kept telling me to come down to the lobby, even though they say wireless access throughout the hotel. When you get to the room they have a nice list of Cable channels available on your TV, but don't get your hopes up, because some of them aren't really available, maybe they'll tell you why. The staff is rude and incentive.”

• It was convenient.
• The internet access stopped working. I had to help the manager get it started.

“Clean, convenient, friendly staff, good price, I'd stay there again. The only negative is that the internet access stopped working. Calls to the internet provider (by myself and hotel management) were not returned. I finally got the manager to take me to their computer room and we rebooted their modem and the internet was working again.”

• Quiet.
• Hard to find. Basic hotel no frills. Could use updating.

“A very basic hotel. This is a basic hotel that could use some updating. I wouldn't recommend it. The 2nd night I stayed elsewhere in Chattanooga and it the second hotel was much nicer for the same price. I wouldn't return to the Sleep Inn.”

• Friendly, helpful staff.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and has very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but clean. The location is about 10-15 minutes outside of Chattanooga, but for the money wasn't bad at all. Location of hotel is in what appears to be a safe clean area of town.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and made the check in process go extremely easy.
• The mildew on the bathroom ceiling made the room smell strongly of mildew & caused an allergy attack.

“The hotel was very clean and the breakfast bar offered a great variety. The location was easily accessible from i-75. The staff was helpful and extremely nice. There were lots of restaurants to eat at. The carpet seemed damp and the bathroom ceiling had black mildew on it. Aside from the mildew smell which came from the bathroom, the room was decent for a one night stay.”

• The location was excellent and the in-house breakfast was wonderful.
• Windows were dirty and the staff was not entirely friendly.

“Overall, sleep inn Chattanooga is a wonderful hotel in the most perfect location for Chattanooga visitors. Though there are some inconsistencies with this establishment, for the price they are minor and I will definitely be back to spend a couple more nights.”

• The shower was clean and SPACIOUS loved it!
• No view.

“The entire experience was very pleasurable, people were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and very well furnished, will try to stay there again.”
