• The price.
• The mattresses were really old.

“This hotel was overpriced for the service it provided. We were only staying one night in Battle Creek and this was in close proximity to where we wanted to be and it was less expensive than the other hotels in the area. For such a depressed city, the hotels prices were certainly not. I would not recommend any hotel in Battle Creek, but this one was the least expensive.”

• Great value at a descent price.
• Location in reference to major highway.

“Great value for a descent price. Clean rooms with wonderful service. Pool area clean and hot tub was refreshing after a long day.”

• Close to Kellogg arena.
• Bathroom could have been cleaner and in better repair.

• The breakfast was decent.
• The mattresses were lousy. I didn't care, but my young kids panned them.

“Nice and clean, but the area had some police activity across the street later the next day. The hotel was very convenient for visiting Cereal City, which is directly across the street. The breakfast was better than some hotels with 3 stars. I've stayed a couple of other "two star" hotels in the area, and this one was nicer.”

• There is nothing I liked about this hotel and its staff at all.
• Bad neighborhood, shady people around and in the hotel, bad customer service.

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! They were rude and inconsiderate of my needs as a guest. The room was not what we had reserved and I was in fear for my safety, due to the area it was located in, and when I wanted to leave and not stay at their hotel, they were not willing to help me in any way. I am out $112.20 thanks to Mr. Patel. I have close relations who work for Kellogg's- the heartbeat of Battle Creek - and I am sure they will be displeased to here about my unfortunate situation and therefore, not recommend this hotel to anyone they know either. Tell Mr. Patel that I hope that the $112.20 was worth the loss of future business for him and future recommendations.”
