- Cleaning staff exceptionally friendly and efficient.
- King suite wasn't really a suite (i.e. separate rooms as implied in the hotel description. But still a lovely room.)
“Staff was more than helpful, rooms were clean and well cared for, very close to all amenities and only a few minutes from most facilities we needed. Our experience was very pleasant and, if by some reason we wind up in Battle creek again, this will be our first choice for accommodation.”

- They swept the snow off of my car for me.
- Nothing, I was totally satisfied with the hotel.
“The general manager Greg Mahone is great, and really understands the needs of his customers. His customer service shines above any other hotel I have ever been to. I will stay at this hotel on future trips to Battle Creek because of him.”
