• Nothing.

“A great hotel to stay at on business or pleasure. Great complimentary breakfast buffet, high speed internet for your laptop, and a comfortable desk chair to work from. Leather adjustable.”

• The Jacuzzi.
• Can't think of anything.

“The pool area was really nice. I also ate breakfast in the morning and that was pretty good as well. At first I was disappointed because I wanted to be in the downtown area but the room was better then expected and clean”

• Convenient location to many areas and interstate.
• The area around it was a bit rundown, but didn't feel unsafe. It ultimately was very convenient.

“I liked that the hotel was conveniently located to shopping down the road. It is right off the interstate as well. Both of these are nice pluses. Other things I liked is the hotel was clean, rooms nice, staff friendly. All at very reasonable rates. Perfect for a weekend or business travel.”

• Conveniently located off the interstate.
• Saturday morning there was not enough water pressure to handle the guest.

“This was my first experience with Baymont and I have mixed feelings. There was not enough water pressure to handle the guest Saturday morning. There is no excuse for this to happen in a hotel designed to handle a large number of guest. The carpets in our room had just finished being cleaned which is good, but they were still damp. What balanced my stay out was the staff. I am big on customer service and the staff at Baymont Inn was great. I would suggest Baymont fixed the minor things and thank there staff for making doing an excellent job.”

• The continental breakfast is excellent.
• Air condition is noisy.

“Location is good. Staff is friendly. The free breakfast has lots and varied food. The room has a fridge and a microwave. Only no internet is available in the room.”

• Desk staff was extremely friendly and efficient, breakfast was great.
• Room and pool area could have been cleaner.

“I don't know if I would rate this a hotel one star. A little bleach would take care of the mildew problem in the pool area. My son found a chocolate covered raisin under the bed from previous guest, I found allergy meds from a previous guest next to the coffee machine. There were gaps under the door - so we knew when everyone was waking.”

• Room was not clean that we were initially given, overall not clean.

“This was a total disappointment to me and my young daughter. The room we were given was not clean and we had to change rooms. Overall, appearance was not well maintained. Did not feel safe in my room.”

“This hotel was conveniently located and easy to locate. The hotel met my expectations in most ways. I was hoping for a little better. It was clean enough but not spotless. Furniture and carpeting was worn. Beds were rock hard. I noticed several things that needed painting. The door to my room didn't close solid and I had to adjust it get it to lock.”

• Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
• The television and ice box in our room were messed up.

“We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was more than we anticipated and everyone was very nice. We had problems with the TV and icebox but when we mentioned it to the desk they took care of it right away.”

• Carpet was damp/room smelt moldy/hotel security poor locks busted.

“I was very unhappy with the room and the over all security. I truly don't have anything nice to say about my stay. I hope if I use your service in the future you will have raised our standards.”

• The fridge & microwave were a nice surprise. Also, the sink located outside of the shower/toilet area was handy.
• No workout facilities available. There was a smell of smoke in the lobby.

“Was hesitant initially at what a 2-star hotel would be but was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The beds were nice and firm. The room was comfortable & clean. The free breakfast was full of variety: cold cereal, fruit, selection of breads, eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and beverages. Would stay here again without a problem.”

• Microwave & refrigerator in the room.
• Most everything - dirty shower curtain, bedding, etc. Etc.

“The hotel's front door was missing! The carpet, bedding, etc. Were really bad. A bed skirt was half on/half off the bed. The shower curtain was filthy dirty; the drain in the tub didn't drain - held up by one loose screw. Etc. Etc. They certainly are not a two star facility - I would never take a chance on getting stuck in a place like this again. Davidia (davy) seevers. Go visit room 107 and see what we mean!”

• The hotel staff was accommodating toward my requests.
• The rooms could have been a little cleaner.

“I expected this hotel to be a little better comfort wise than it was. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms could have been cleaner. (I.e. Dust) also, the room had an iron but no iron board, and the microwave did not work well.”

• Nice breakfast, was well presented.
• So much room deodorizer I coughed a good part of both nights, Carpet was very dirty.

“The hotel was easy to find from the freeway. I would not stay there again because of the over-powering smell of room or carpet deodorizer. The carpet was very dirty. The smell of deodorizer was so strong I did not sleep. It was the cause of my coughing throughout the night.”

“Way overpriced. The quality of the room was comparable to the $40/night Days Inn, just up the road. We found food on the floor when we got there; the furniture's quality was cheap; the floor was more comfortable to sleep on than the bed because the floor didn't have springs; there were water stains on the ceiling and a hole in the ceiling next to the sprinkler; the shower was noisy; the bathroom was small, had a lousy paint job and a large paint bubble hanging down from the ceiling; the tub's finish was chipping off all along the bottom on the outside. Need I say more? I don't see why this cost $80 a night.”

• This hotel was right off the highway and very close to our destination.
• I did not feel safe or clean.

“Once you got beyond the door that apparently had been broken into since you could see through to the room where the latch was, then the shower curtain had mold on it and the toilet was dirty. We did use the security chain that was provided as well as put up the ironing board and a luggage rack for a barricade.”

• Great location, clean, and staff was friendly.
• No major television channels - mostly news channels.

“I would recommend this hotel if you do not plan to watch TV. The channels were mostly news related channels. The room was clean. The bathroom was small. The towels had a medium thickness, not skimpy. Hotel is located near a variety of restaurants and also a mall.”
