• Friendly staff, clean, and great location.

“The hotel was great! It served it's purpose. Our room was big, we traveled with an infant and it worked out perfectly. It was clean. We enjoyed staying there and if we go back we will stay there again. Staff was very friendly as well. Very nice place.”

• Nothing.
• Vandalism in this area high. My car was broken into in parking lot.

“My car was vandalized in parking lot. Window on door was shattered. Five other cars were broken into. Hotel owner was apathetic and offered no help. Room smelled bad and there were smokers on same floor, staff did nothing about it.”

• Close to highway.
• Hi-speed internet didn't work, spiders in room.

“The hotel seemed to be fairly clean, but dated. The carpet was torn, bathroom tiles broken, showerhead broken and the wireless internet did not work. We saw 2 spiders in our room and the refrigerator made a ticking noise all night long.”

• Room and bath were clean and in good order. Staff was quick to correct any room problems and gave helpful directions.
• Breakfast was not hot unless you microwaved, and was not the quality I had hoped for and expected.

• Sheets, pillow cases needed washing.

“Hotel was basically very nice. Breakfast was above average. Indoor pool was nice. Sheets and pillow cases had a dirty smell. Only one elevator made waiting a little longer than at most hotels.”

• Nice pool and whirlpool area, nice room with fridge and microwave.
• The breakfast area is too small to navigate, cold biscuits.

“I was traveling with my mother and aunt. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. My aunt mentioned that she may also stay there in October while traveling with a friend.”

• Continental breakfast.
• Crowded and loud.

“There was a mouse in our room and had to be moved to a suite. The staff was prompt to move us but it was a busy weekend so they filled our mouse room up by morning. Both rooms were extremely loud with doors slamming and unknown noises coming from the pipes. The toilet continued to run in our first mouse room.”

• It was inexpensive, but close to Downtown Chattanooga.
• Pool area did not have enough chairs, pool was overfilled and felt icky.

“Not bad, the service was good and the rooms were clean. But definitely not a class act! Breakfast buffet had dried eggs and bland gravy. But better than a bagel and a cup of Joe at some places. It's like a nicer Motel 6.”

• The room was nice and clean.
• The staff wasn't that friendly.

“Overall our stay was good. The room was very nice and clean. The indoor pool was great. There was just not enough places to sit down around the pool area. The only thing that I didn't like was the unfriendly staff. When you asked for a towel for the pool area it was literally thrown at me. So luckily we brought our own towels and we used them from then on. The hotel was in a very convenient region. It was only about 5 min away from downtown.”

• Convenient to where we were going, not too expensive.
• Management not friendly or concerned about our needs.

“A good place to stay overnight if not looking for anything special. Ice machine not working, commode ran all night. Clean.”

• A good variety at breakfast.
• Lobby smelled like wet towels and the bedspread wasn't clean.

“We stayed at this hotel one night and while I was overall satisfied with our experience, there were a few things I did not like and would likely not stay there again. The hotel lobby smelled link day-old wet towels and our bedspread was dirty. Breakfast was decent and there was a fair variety of food.”

• Family friendly, comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Smell of smoke near our non-smoking room. The other rooms nearby were supposed to be non-smoking as well.

• Very unfriendly we cancelled our stay, wouldn't tell us where hotel was because it wasn't 3:00 am.

“We were so turned off by the attitude of the idiot answering the phone we cancelled our reservation and spent the night at another hotel.”

• The hotel was in a great location.
• My overall experience was a nightmare.

“The room was filthy, the cleaning staff could not speak English, there was mold in my bathroom and when asked to be changed to another room, I was told that there were no other rooms available. There were rooms available. The staff did not try to accommodate any of my needs at all. My room was not cleaned by the cleaning crew and when I got back and asked for my room to be cleaned, it was not.”

• It was conveniently located nearby all of the attractions that we visited.
• Didn't like the fact that there was possibly a pet in my room prior my visit!

“For the nearby attractions, it is very convenient. The staff and management were very customer friendly, the continental breakfast buffet was a plus, as were the micro-wave and refrigerator in the rooms.”

• Rude manager, breakfast, dog barking in next room.

“The manager was not helpful. The cleaning staff was friendly although they didn't clean very well. The breakfast wasn't edible. I don't know what was in the egg container but it wasn't eggs. We had a barking dog in the next room and the owners couldn't be located. It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in and the worst in a long time. Stay somewhere else. Chattanooga Downtown there are several other Hotels that are nicer and not much different in price. I paid 110.00 for a suite reg room was 85.00 it was memorial weekend so everything was pretty busy. Stay somewhere else. I still don't know if I got gypped on paying again or not.”

• Could hear neighbors that were loud, flat pillows, recliner was dirty.

“Hotel was in great location to our event. hot breakfast was nice but they ran out of food fast. bed was comfy but had flat pillows. maid staff was very friendly and did not disturb us late sleepers!”

• The pool was great. The water was warm.
• One important staff person abrupt and unfriendly.

“For the money it was great. Location was good. The pool water was as warm as a bathtub which was great since it was a rainy dreary weekend. In the summer maybe not so great. Breakfast was good which is usual for a Baymont. Overall we would go back if the opportunity presented itself.”

• The staff was friendly and location good for Chattanooga.
• Breakfast was really bad. High speed Internet did not work. Hot tub did not work.

“Since we spent very little time at the hotel it was fine. The breakfast was really bad and we were disappointed that the hot tub did not work nor did the high speed Internet connection. The room was large and clean, maid staff helpful. It is convenient to Lookout Mountain and to downtown.”

• Very friendly staff. Pool was convenient and was open during good hours.
• Beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows lacked fluff.

“Hotel is very convenient to rock city and Ruby Falls. Very clean and indoor pool was a great asset to our stay. Continental breakfast was wonderful and plenty of food was available. Need to invest in mattress pads and new pillows.”
