• Stains
  on walls, noisy guests.

“I had an awful experience on this trip. There was stain on the wall and floor of the bathroom, noisy teenagers running the halls
all night, and the cleaning service tried to come into our room at 8:30am to clean the day of checkout.”

• Quiet, never heard anyone else and the hotel was full.
• Breakfast area was small and crowded.

“Helpful front desk, but they weren't prepared for multiple early arrivals (room was not ready right away). Clean, quiet room. Breakfast buffet was abundant, but breakfast area was small be prepared to wait until less crowded times or take breakfast back to your room.”

• Very clean, right off freeway, lots of restaurants nearby, I really enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable.
• The staff talked to each other when I was waiting to check in.

“This hotel is easy access on and off I--94. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was even better.”

• I had to stay overnight in town I work in due to weather, it was conveniently located near my job. I live outside the city by at least 70 miles.
• Iron did not work, but that's ok.

“For price and quality, I would consider this hotel definitely again if ever had to make it another overnight stay due to weather.”

• I liked how clean the room was.
• The check out time is 11:00 am, I like 12 noon.

“The lady a the front desk was very friendly, the room was very clean and cozy. I liked the fact that the room had a microwave/fridge to store and heat food. Clean towels and soap.”

• Quite, clean, and the people that work there are the most friendly people I ever met.
• The toilet was to low to the floor and not enough stations on the TV.

“My view of this hotel is that I would stay here again and will tell my friend about a very nice get away for a weekend or just to relax. Plus tell them not to pass up on breakfast cause it was off the hook (smile).”

• Incredibly beautiful facility.
• One staff member could have been a little friendlier. Over all great!

• I liked the cleanliness and the comfort and convenient location.
• Everything was as I expected.

“I'd like to see the hotel ask their clients if they would like the convenience of utilizing the first floor due to disability of using stairs. This can be a courtesy question and convenient for the clients to have the option of using the elevator or stairs.”

• Convenient location, free internet.
• Dated facility.

“Good value for the price in an excellent location. It's just off the freeway on 28th sty (where most stores and many restaurants are located) additionally; it is across the street from a 24 hour meager grocery and department store for any last-minute needs. The staff is friendly, the continental breakfast is serviceable, but the facility itself is showing its age (about 1980 by my guess).”

• The room was large, clean, modern, & many amenities.
• Remodeling construction & new carpet smell (but these things are only to make the place better).

• Convenient location and nice breakfast.
• Many things were in need of repair and the grounds needed lots of attention.

“This La Quinta did not meet the expectations I had from staying at other La Quints Inns. Many little things were wrong. Entry doors to many of the rooms were hard to open and did not always shut properly. The air conditioner in our room leaked so the carpet was wet in front of it. The grounds were in need of care. The grass needed some weed removal and the general effect was not what I expected. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool was nice and the area was clean. The whole place could really be sharp with some work.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• Takes under construction to a new meaning.

“Dirty plaster splotched carpet lead to my room way at the back. Room featured more furniture than it could hold, yet no place to plug in either of the reading lamps. Plaster dust in places and an interesting closet door that when closed, knocked clothes on the floor. It would be nice to see some effort to accommodate the guest better during construction.”
