• The staff was super friendly!
• It smelled of smoke, but I'm sure that is hard to get out of the air when you can smoke inside the rooms.

“I really liked the staff. Can't expect too much so it did fulfill everything and more for that price. They were so nice that I didn't care about much of the other things. The room was clean. It was just not a five star, but that's what I expected.”

• Very convenient location, great price, cooperative staff.
• Back door near our room was never locked, even though signage states that it will be locked at night for safety.

“I've been staying at this hotel yearly for about the past 6 years since it was the Excel Inn, they always try to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is neat and clean.”

• The room was clean and quiet.
• The breakfast was weak. and sparse.

“Clean room, close to the express way and airport. If shopping is desired malls within two miles, general purpose stores within half mile.”
