• It was very comfortable, had a fridge, microwave and free breakfast.
• The heating unit was poor.

“The employees were friendly and helpful. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and breakfast which were convenient. It had computers and free internet. It was a very comfortable stay over all.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• Room was just a little small but still nice.

“Indoor pool nice for little ones. clean friendly courteous service, nice to have microwave and refrigerator in room to keep leftovers and snacks for family. We were very happy with our stay.”

• Good beds, quality cotton linens, great maintenance response to a small shower leak.
• I'd prefer queen beds over full size. Not a huge problem though.

“Clean, new, tasteful rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Perfect place to stay with kids while we visited family in the area. very safe, clean, with nice pool and fitness areas and wireless in room. Parking was also convenient with several entrance doors and luggage carts for guest use. Hotel had also just installed alarm clocks that are iPod docks.”

• The swimming pool was on the small side.

• The kids loved the pool and hot tub.
• Rooms were smaller then I thought they were going to be.

“This hotel had all the commodities that we needed for our family on vacation. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was located close enough to downtown Louisville that it was only a short drive away.”

• Not much room to prepare your breakfast. People all over you.

“It was nice. I would like to stay again. Get another waffle machine. And move some of the most common items like juice and coffee away from the congestion area. Maybe on a cart.”

• Having a separate sitting area along with fridge and microwave.
• The second morning, the breakfast items were not kept stocked.

“Overall very good for 2 1/2 star, but not good enough to move to three star. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was very efficient even thought the desk clerk was on the phone on what seemed to be a personal call when I came in.”

• All staff were very helpful.
• Could not get to room door when sofa bed folded out - bit of a hazard if there was an emergency.

“Really enjoyed our stay - staff so helpful. Hotel was very busy and they kept breakfast area clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed our getaway!”

• Our stay was in a very clean and friendly hotel. We really enjoyed the pool.
• It was very difficult to regulate the air conditioning in the room.

“Our visit to Louisville, KY was made much more comfortable and enjoyable because of our stay at the Spring hills Suite by Marriott. Our 9 month old son really enjoyed the time in the pool.”

• This hotel will never offer other than a king bed and a sofa bed and the sofa bed is poor and inconvenient.

• It was clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the exercise room and the complimentary breakfast buffet.
• I would have liked the actual bed area to be larger.

• Very clean and spacious rooms.
• Cramped area going from lobby to elevator (always wet because pool entrance is right there).

“Overall this was a very pleasant hotel. The staff was very friendly. Very clean, nice new hotel. The rooms were spacious and the noise level was low. Overall a good stay. The breakfast area was a little cramped and the path from the front desk to the elevator was always blocked with a wet floor sign (pool entrance is right there). But I would definitely recommend and stay again.”

• Smell of mildew in room from water leak last winter.

“Good location. Easy to find and easy to navigate back to major interstates. Excellent breakfast (waffles, French toast, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereals, juices, coffee)...way better than usual choices of dry muffins!”

• Kitchen area with big fridge, complimentary great Breakfast-nice.
• No hot tub, small TV, no DVD player.

• Suite style room.
• Only 1 king bed available. Needed room with 2 beds to accommodate our family. Hotel would not let us change rooms.

“Hotel was fine overall. However, they would not let us change from a room with 1 king sized bed to a room with 2 doubles or queens. This hotel wanted to charge us over $100 to go to a room with 2 beds. ”

• The free breakfast was awesome, the bedding and furniture were up to date.
• I couldn't extend my stay for the same price.

“We are staying in hotels because we are waiting for a mortgage loan to get completed. We've stayed in at least 5 other Hotels in this area, some extended stay, and this was by far the nicest and cleanest one. I wish we could have extended our stay because the one I'm in right now doesn't even compare.”
