• The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was great!
• The beds were really too tall for the kids to get up on.

• I loved the lobby!
• You can hear people walking/talking above you.

“Great stay. We switched rooms after the first night because the people above us were loud at 2am even though someone was sent up to ask them to keep it down. Comfortable bed and

• Very convenient if you have kids at Calvin. Also has clean pool and hot tub.
• Breakfast has way to much "fat" food.

“Nice hotel if you're in Grand Rapids visiting college kids. Clean, very convenient location to several restaurants and the mall. Nice hot tub and pool. I would not recommend this hotel if you're out for a romantic getaway.”

• Very clean, great value, close to area attractions.
• Staff could have been more enthusiastic.

“We would definitely return for the value and cleanliness. Great free breakfast, more than just cold food or toast. Nice pool area, very well kept. Quiet.”

• Clean and quit.
• Baby bed had full size sheets to use, safety has for babies.

“Called night before to ask about baby bed- checked in ask again about bed -two hours later ask about the bed the guy said he was not told to bring up the bed-. He brought the bed and full flat sheets for it- safety haz-, baby slept with us still not safe but better then the bed with to big of sheets. I felt we should have gotten a refund or price reduction in stead we got no sleep.”

• Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Loved listening to the parrot.
• Dining area needed more room for busy weekend. Carpet in our room was loose by the sink.

“Very affordable stay. We were greeted by friendly front desk associate. I asked about an upgrade and she was able to take care of it without any problem. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel was still quiet even when busy. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and neat with lots of room. Room had fridge and microwave which we used. Very happy with our stay.”

• Enjoyed the room comfort, indoor swimming area, gym, breakfast, computer with internet access and friendly staff.
• The room was one for smokers I¿m a non smoker, and room was not warm upon arrival during winter time.

• The breakfast was great, and the afternoon snacks held us over for our dinner out.
• There was no room with a refrigerator (as in their amenities).

“I would recommend this location for someone who is needed near the airport, but we were far away from everything we were there for.”

• The parrot in the lobby was great. I also enjoyed having a lobby computer available.
• The room was small.

“It was a nice place to stay with friendly staff. The pool was small but not crowded. The breakfast was great with many choices. Coffee was available 24 hours a day too.”
