• Excellent service, breakfast buffet was quite good as was the Managers reception in the evening, although on Friday evening it the hor'dourves were pa.

“Very pleasant environment, friendly, helpful staff. Pool and spa was nice size with towel service. Managers evening reception with complimentary munchies and drinks of all kind was a very nice touch. Although on Friday night the munchies changed and was quite paltry.”

• Free cooked to order breakfast, managers reception.
• The entrance road is not obvious.

“This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff. With the managers reception, that we took advantage of, and the cooked to order free breakfast, the room rate was a bargain. We will stay there again.”

• Convenient location to where activities were that I would be attending.
• Hotel was completely booked for weekend. Had to work around Large Family reunion staying there.

• Lobby is spacious. Entire staff competent and friendly. They strive to please.
• Poor first impression as I was delayed checking in at the check in counter. Staff did apologize.

“I would recommend. It beat Marriott my usual hotel of choice in Louisville. Plus I won at Churchill.”

• Fabulous breakfast buffet.
• Fabric shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor and soaked carpet outside bathroom.

“We loved the suite size. The pillows were so fluffy I wanted to buy some. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping did a great job every day.”

• Room was great, staff helpful, and breakfast was better than at most restaurants.
• Room was beautiful as the lobby area.

• Friendliness of the staff and the food were exceptionally good.

“This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff made extra effort to accomodate my request for a room on a lower level. I have stayed in Embassy Suites hotels before, but the breakfast at this one was very tasty, and as always, the selections available were wide ranging. Overall, a very nice place to stay.”

• The employees at the hotel were very helpful. And the free drinks and breakfast were great.
• Location to downtown Louisville

“My girlfriend and I went to Louisville for a wedding. The Embassy Suites was a wonderful hotel. The employees were extremely helpful. The free happy hour and breakfast were great additions to the hotel.”

“Great experience. Only issue I had was that they were going to charge me $10 to make any type of request upon arrival. For example, we've been able to get a non-smoking king room upon arrival in the past (providing one was available). ”

“Embassy Suites delivers a knockout punch with this lovely hotel. Luxurious suites with marble countertops, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a fully updated feel make you feel right at home. All kinds of ammenities for the business traveler, including a complimentary happy hour make it a welcome stop on any itinerary. Service levels in the hotel restaurant were slow, but other dining is available nearby. A Hilton experience, through and through.”

“Embassy Suites was very nice. The price included a great breakfast--prepared by a chef, if you wanted an omelet , etc. A small buffet with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage. Since it is located in a corporate complex, we had to make a call to the hotel for directions. It was just a short drive (1 mile) off the main highway. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Excellent facility. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and made to order. Staff was friendly and helpful. They switched our room from a smoking to a non-smoking room without any fuss. Easy access to highways. A very pleasant stay.”

“An excellent experience. The personnel (especially the person at the main desk) were very helpful and kind. We had called ahead to request double bed, non-smoking and someone okayed that request, but we didn't get a name and that call was not recorded. However, the king bed suite had a pull-out bed, so our needs were met. The breakfast was exceptional.”
