Ron P. from St. Louis “Embassy Suites delivers a knockout punch with this lovely hotel. Luxurious suites with marble countertops, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a fully updated feel make you feel right at home. All kinds of ammenities for the business traveler, including a complimentary happy hour make it a welcome stop on any itinerary. Service levels in the hotel restaurant were slow, but other dining is available nearby. A Hilton experience, through and through.” Dec 6, 2004 by
Edward P. from Hickory “The hotel and staff are top-notch. They seem eager to please you and have you enjoy your stay. The breakfast is great and plentiful. This was our second stay and we will hope to use Embassy Suites again.” Nov 30, 2004 by
Nita K. from Owensboro “Embassy Suites was very nice. The price included a great breakfast--prepared by a chef, if you wanted an omelet , etc. A small buffet with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage. Since it is located in a corporate complex, we had to make a call to the hotel for directions. It was just a short drive (1 mile) off the main highway. Would definitely stay there again.” Nov 11, 2004 by
“The facilities were top notch, the staff efficient and friendly, It was a great experience.” Nov 10, 2004 by
“Excellent hotel. Staff was very courteous and ensured that we knew about the cocktail reception and free breakfast. A great bargain!!” Oct 13, 2004 by
“Excellent facility. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and made to order. Staff was friendly and helpful. They switched our room from a smoking to a non-smoking room without any fuss. Easy access to highways. A very pleasant stay.” Sep 22, 2004 by
Yvonne M. from Wilmore “An excellent experience. The personnel (especially the person at the main desk) were very helpful and kind. We had called ahead to request double bed, non-smoking and someone okayed that request, but we didn't get a name and that call was not recorded. However, the king bed suite had a pull-out bed, so our needs were met. The breakfast was exceptional.” Sep 22, 2004 by
Nancy H. from New Richmond “Our stay at the Embassy Suites in Louisville was fantastic. The suite was amazing and we absolutely loved the complimentary Manager's Cocktail Hour each night and made-to-order breakfast each morning.” Sep 21, 2004 by
Preston H. from Frankfort, KY “This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at this franchise twice before and if I can get a value price for it I will never turn it down.”
