• Microwave, workout room, quiet room.
• Poor location for pulling in and out. Poor cable selection.

“ Excellent business travel hotel located in safe area. Rooms have free internet service. Microwave and refrigerator available upon request. Nice weight room. Only negative is that the hotel is difficult to pull in and out of at rush hour because cars back up through intersections.

• Easy to get to from I64 and close to area we had business. Clean and staff friendly.

“Everything was above average, attractive, inviting. Most impressed that the glasses were sealed in plastic after each cleaning of the room and when we checked in. Also had a computer available to check on messages and other pertinent business. Also close to restaurants for breakfast and dinner.”

• Location in relation to the city.
• Too close to highway, dated, small room, toilet had trouble flushing and was stained brown in the bowl, nasty elevator, not enough parking, smell.

“This hotel was much less than I expected. We arrived very late and had called to let them know. There was no problem with this, but I didn't know what to think about the fact that the lobby was locked and you had to buzz or use your room key to get in. The outside doors were like this too. The staff was nice, but the lobby was very dated and need a major remodel. It appeared that this hotel had been around a long time and hadn't been updated to keep with the times. We checked out the facilities and the hot tub was inside but had a lot of dirt and junk in the bottom of it. The exercise room was nice. The pool was outside and it was cool so that was unaccessible. Then we got on the elevator and it was the main thing I remember. It looked original from the 80's. Ugly dark green carpet, fake wood panels that were chipped, the ceiling was nasty too. This really turned me off. Walking down the hall to our room we passed the little set in space with the ice machine and it was making a loud humming noise. We were thankful we weren't in the room directly across from that. Upon entering the room it had an unpleasant odor that became less noticeable the longer we were in the room. The bed was a little harder than we were used to but I slept well. It did have a newer sink and granite counter top, but the toilet needed replaced. You had to hold down the handle forever to get the toilet to flush and it had a dark brown stain all along the bottom that surely could have been bleached. Otherwise that bathroom was very clean. We did enjoy watching a movie that was on at the theater in our room. Check out time was 12 pm and that was nice. The room did have a balcony and there was a large to go cup out, there that had been used as an ashtray and was left. Overall I do not want to stay at this hotel again.”

• The Hotel maintains it's reputation.
• Room staff did not change the sheets. Glasses dirty.

“The Court Yard Marriott in Louisville looks nice upon arrival. The hotel facility appears clean and fresh. The desk attendent was pleasant. The room met our expectations of a 3.5 star accommodations. The room was clean with exceptions. The cups and glasses were dirty like they were just wiped clean. Sheets were not changed on second evening. Uncalled for at Marriott.”

• It was beautiful and it was an excellent place for conferences.
• There should be some type of sit down place for people to have breakfast. Items for snacks etc were too high for people in a conference.

• Next to interstate, nice part of town.
• Housekeeping did not clean room, although they knocked every 10 minutes very early in the am

“in very nice part of town. Desk Clerk closed the pool at 10, but at midnight, people were still in jacuzzi. Cleaning crew started banging on door very early, but still did not clean up room.”

• Bathroom was dated, no continental breakfast, no refridgerator/microwave

“Good room for the price, but slightly dated and old. Mirrored closet doors hard to open. Still have glass cups for use instead of plastic individually wrapped cups - which are cleaner and safer for public use. Beds were comfortable.”

• Beds could have been more comfortable

“The commode needed cleaning on the lid but the staff was more than accommodating to resolve the issue and sent someone up as well as offered free breakfast for me and my spouse. I did feel that the room could have been a bit cleaner--there were a couple of details missed. However overall the room was very comfortable. The location of our room was next to a busy highway but after we were asleep it was not an issue.”

• The exterior landscaping and maintenance were excellent
• The carpet in the lower hallway smelled musty from constant exposure to pool water.

“This was a very comfortable room. We requested a small refrigerator, and it was brought to our room promptly for no charge. The staff was friendly, and this was a convenient location for the family reunion that we were attending.”

• The price we got from Priceline was outstanding.
• Locks did not work in two rooms. Could not get the keys to work until the last night.

“Nice and good price. Did not get an upgrade due to price! Did not fix, broken light when asked to. Did not get breakfast due to price. Lock in first room did not work. Moved to another room lock in second room did not work until next day. Keys for second room did not always work until the last night we were there. Friendly staff, nice location for price we paid, good. For Marriott property, fair.”

• My son is very picky about the cleanliness of the room and he said that he was pleased with this motel.
• Missed having a "breakfast room" to go to.

• Clean, well-maintained, quiet and convenient to other services.
• My room was on the second floor; a considerable distance from the elevator and I couldn't get a parking place close to the entry door.

“Nice lodging, clean, good ammenities. Relatively new and located close to most everything a person would need. I should have asked for a room with easier access (my wife was temporarily on crutches when we stayed there). My disappointment was probably my fault.”

“The hotel when you first walk in is very nice and clean and the location is great. They make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning if the room. To see someone else loose hair around the sink and the tub, was quit disturbing. It wasn't like you couldn't see it, I know things like this happen and overall, it was a very nice hotel.”

• It is one of the best Marriot hotels for the price.
• Parking is not convenient. Two rows of parking circle the hotel complex.

“The maid service is excellent if you like to sleep in with the "do not disturb" sign on your door. The maid will leave a bag containing clean towels, soap, coffee, etc on your door handle without you needing to ask. Very nice.”
