• The price we paid with Priceline.
• Breakfast, bad coffee.

“The Hotel is OK. The place is dated and the breakfast is not too good. The coffee was bad. The front desk couldn't accommodate our needs when we asked for a king bed. The location is a bit far from downtown. There was high speed internet in the room and that was a plus.”

• At least the beds were comfortable and clean.
• This hotel did not meet our expectations. It was not very well kept and it smelled like cigarettes.

“I would say, when a hotel is used this much they should renovate more often. The carpets and rooms looked shabby except for the beds. And they stunk like smoke everywhere. The tub was grosse and looked like that it hadn't been scrubbed in a month.”

“Quiet and tucked back off of the highway with easy access. Many nice restaraunts and shopping areas close by. Also,very easy to get to Munson hospital from the motel.”

• The beds were comfortable and the bedding was soft.
• Our room was a smoking room so it smelled like stale smoke smell.

• Room was nicely laid out, furnished, and in great shape.
• Room was dirty - food between TV stand, micro stand, and table.

“Great location and amenities - rooms nicely designed and furnished, and in great condition. Check in/out were lengthy, but they were busy that weekend. They take advantage of the weekend business traveler. Room was not clean - it had a quick vacuum and wipe down, but many areas needed food, bottle caps, dirt, hair, and dust removed.”

• We have stayed at this hotel in the past and found it to be the central of our outings. Very clean and accommodating.
• Can not think of anything that we did not like.

“This hotel is very central to where you want to go. It is a little bit away from the water but it doesn't take long to get there. We found that the room was clean and comfortable. We did have a little trouble with the remote for the TV but that is very minor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Location for shopping and dining was excellent.
• We have no complaints at all about our experience at this hotel.

“I would have to say that this hotel is in excellent condition and convenient for our purpose which was to shop for Christmas. We look forward to next November when we will try a Jacuzzi suite instead of a king.”

• Staff was very accommodating and borrowed a crib from another hotel to fit our need.
• I had a smoking room due to availability. My room smelled like an ash tray. The odor was terrible.

“Helpful staff. Good. Hotel is under renovation, which makes it slightly less appealing had a horrible stay because there was a very loud party with loud banging of doors, yelling and general drunken idiots keeping us from sleeping.”

“It was little further away from downtown. When I check in Hotel, Front desk staff gave me smoking room with 2 beds and I asked Non-smoking room with 2 beds. They put you in smoking room" and she changed to non-smoking room. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable.”

• Expensive for 150 it should be more luxury great breakfast waffles! Pol needed maintenance.

• I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave available. The breakfast was very good also.
• I felt the deep cleaning was not done and no extra pillows and towels when asked for them.

“The hotel was sufficient for our needs. They need to be more efficient with their cleaning. We found garbage behind the desks and TV. stand. They also need to be able to handle a large crowd and have extra supplies available for when they are asked for.”

• I spent all night trying to get the wireless internet to work as I had a time sensitive major project to be sent out.

“When reporting the wireless was not working even though it showed as it should be, I was told that it was the cable company's fault and that it had been reported many times. I was told that the entire city was working off the same server and that nobody in the entire city would work. I went over to the parking lot of the Fairfield inn, in the parking lot and their wireless worked with no password or anything. In the meantime I had spent two and a half hours trying to correct this and in fact, had consumed my entire evening just trying to accomplish what I should have been able to do in 15 to 20 minutes tops, very disappointing.”

• Continental breakfast was good, staff worked hard.
• Beds were crappy, pillows worse, loud hockey tournament girls running around hotel until all hours, sitting in hallways.

“We stayed at this hotel. We got a smoking room, even though we requested non smoking. When we arrived we found out there was a girls hockey team staying at the hotel and these girls were everywhere. Running up and down the halls, sitting in the halls where my husband and I had to step over their outstretched legs. Luckily we were placed in a top floor room on the end, so they did not keep us up all night. The hotel was not particularly clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible. On the plus side, the staff was very hard working, and I could tell they were really trying to keep things under control. The continental breakfast replenished busted his butt to make sure all the food was stocked at all times and the breakfast was really good. I would not stay at this hotel again, most likely. The rest of our weekend was very relaxing and fun and we only went back to the hotel to sleep and take showers.”

• Liked the pool, sauna and whirlpool.
• Would have like to have a balcony.

“Had a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend it to others. Would have liked a later check out though so I could have swam in the morning and also would have like to have the breakfast available till 11am.”

• Location, in regards to sightseeing, area travel, restaurants, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Cold shower on Friday morning due to a boiler break, shortage of USA Today newspapers, and tiny bathroom.

“This is an excellent place to stay when on vacation so that you are just coming back to the hotel to sleep or watch TV. It's relaxing, clean and comfortable. It was a great value for what we were looking for.”
