• The rooms where very nice, as nice as some of the pricey hotels I have stayed at.
• No morning paper delivered to the door.

“All in all this hotel was very clean well lighted and the rooms were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• The breakfast was great!
• The sheets were on the bed in a weird way and kept coming off.

• Newer rooms & carpet. clean! Pool are kept clean.
• No in room refrigerator for a 5 night stay, but I knew that when I booked it.

“Very nice, and I think I'm picky when it comes to hotels! New and clean! Location is good for this town. They gave really nice maps to guests. Nice to have a breakfast buffet if you wanted it. Also nice to have a small bar on site if you wanted to use it.”

• Exceptionally clean.
• Jacuzzi was not working and pool had restricted hours when children were not allowed to swim.

  was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

• Staff seemed incompetent, lacking in professionalism and courtesy.

• It was clean and comfortable.
• It was overpriced for the amenities available and location. (Not close to the water)

“Overall, it was comfortable and clean and a nice place to stay. The evening staff was friendly, but the morning/afternoon staff was a little rude. We enjoyed the pool and spa. It was overpriced for the amenities offered, and it was priced as though it was close to the water, when it was actually a couple miles away. It was close to the newer part of the city, and wasn't far from the water, but we could have gotten a hotel closer to the water for about the same price.”

• We were offered their rewards program, signed up and received free breakfast.
• I forgot my pillow and it took them 2 weeks to send it back.

“The hotel was very clean and the pool area was also very clean. We were greeted every time we left and came back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a king size bed and also a chair with a foot stool so we could relax as well as sleep.”

• Received a smoking room/couln't change rooms-smelled smoke the whole time

“It was a nice hotel and the people where very accomodating. We didn't like the smoking room and couldn't change it so we received free breakfast which was at least a nice gesture.”
