• Location to the interstate.
• The hotel room was full of hair. The tub did not drain. Locked out after midnight for 20 minuets.

“This hotel was horrible. After discovering a room full of hair and the tub was backed up I called to the front desk. I advised the employee of the issues with the room and asked for a different room. I was advised that maintenance would be up shortly and that she would call back after checking with housekeeping for a different room. She never called back. It was around 2:00pm and I had to hurry to a wedding at 5:00pm. After returning from the wedding at 12:30am the hotel entrance was locked. I had to stand outside and buzz to gain entrance but the staff was not in the lobby. After 20 min of standing outside and buzzing in an employee came to the door. I mediately asked her why she wasn't at the front desk and she advised me she was closing the pool. I advised the employee that the pool closed at 11:00pm and she advised me she was running late. I did not appreciate having to wait in an unfamiliar area outside.”

• The hotel was near a major expressway.
• Old rooms, dirty bathroom, needs upgrades.

“I would not rate this room as a moderate. No wireless internet, dirty room and bathroom, needs remodeling and upgrades.”

• Two pools were a plus.
• In the middle of construction.

• The inside pool area, it is great for kids.
• The bathrooms need some work. They didn't look clean to me.

• Wet carpet & flying ants.

“The
AC was leaking and the carpets were wet all the way from the floor to the beds. The wallpaper was also pealing due to the wetness. While getting ready to leave, we saw flying ants that were on the furniture. I was very disappointed in this stay.”

• Two pools inside or out.
• Powdered eggs in buffet.

• The staff was wonderful and took an interest in us.
• The wireless internet connection was spotty at best.

“Great location to highway. Very friendly staff; the night workers were interested in why we were in town (looking for apartments) and took the effort to recommend places that we could check out. They remembered us every night. We only ate breakfast once, which was enough for us. Unimpressed with the dining situation.”

• I liked the ping-pong, shuffleboard, hot tub, and very close to the expressway to get places.
• I didn't like that the shuffleboard sticks were broken, too smoking going to elevator at nighttime, and bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be.

“If you like to party, this is the hotel for it because of karaoke. Not a family unless you going during the week. My son loved the games in the pool room and that was a plus. I wish we had a fridge in the room.”

• There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
• Everything.

“This place was run down and old. It is in need of some major renovations. Our bed was lopsided and warned. The bedding was old and dingy; they were no longer white sheets. The TV didn't come in very clear. The bathroom was really small. The pool was on the 5th floor right above you and it was in bad shape. The restaurant over looked my order after waiting over an hour I found out that they had not even started it yet. Then for Breakfast, I ordered my eggs over medium and they came back over hard, she reordered them and they came back the same way. I think they need to find a new cook. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.”

• Some guests were too loud after 9 at night.

• Very convenient location.
• Poorly maintained. Shower operated poorly. Thread bare towels. Furnishings need replacement.

“I would not recommend this hotel. Very poorly maintained. There has clearly been very little investment to make this hotel comfortable for guests.”
