  • Location and age.
  • Not clean, many broken items, including the sofa bed and the shower rod.

“Not well kept for the age of the hotel. Almost new, and yet there were all kinds of things wrong, including broken sofa bed, broken shower rod, we were offered room which had had all of the wallpaper stripped off the walls. The halls were dirty with lots of spill marks on the carpets.”
