• Classy decor, friendly staff.
• Slightly rude check in personnel.

“Loved the hotel. At check in the gentleman that checked us is was a bit rude, but the other man behind the desk was very friendly. The room was beautiful and the Restaurant/Bar area was very neat and clean and great. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was very good.”

“Excellent location to walk the downtown area. We visited the museum and the beautiful park which is located across the street. We loved the proximity of the property to everything. Awesome place and it was just renovated and it looks great. Very upscale.”

• Near enough to Downtown.
• Staff was horrible.

“The walls are paper thin. Expect to be woken up by barking dogs, slamming doors, and normal level conversation. Also, we had a manager on a power trip act way out of line just because we were three younger girls. He assumed he could be a jerk and get away with it. We also had to call 2 times to get cups because they forgot to give us any originally.”

• The staff was so helpful and friendly!
• Needed more vending, snack machines.

“We enjoyed our stay in grand rapids. The hotel was convenient to the arena, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. If I need to travel to grand rapids again, I will return to this hotel.”

• I loved the location.
• The hotel rooms need a remodel. They are in poor condition.

“Overall, the hotel was not bad. However, it is in dire need of a remodel. The sink had cracks in it. The overall appearance would be pretty poor. I am sure it use to look good but it has been used and abused.”

• Hotel located downtown, close to dining and entertainment.
• There isn't anything I didn't like.
