• The staff was very friendly and attentive and the location was perfect.
• The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there was a small amount of mold in the bathroom.

• Too many noisy children swimming near front desk.

• Great location to downtown Louisville, only a $7 cab ride away. And Falls of the Ohio is 1 block away!
• A little noisy. The south view is obviously better than the north view.

• Indoor pool, whirlpool, cleanliness, friendly.
• Noisy children above us.

• The continental breakfast was great - good variety with plenty of healthy choices.
• The pool was "out of order" for our entire stay - we have a young child and the pool was a big reason for choosing this hotel. Bummer.

“The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We did not get the type of room that we initially booked, but the staff bumped us to a better room with no problem or extra charge.”

• The bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific.
• I loved the motel, but if the pool were larger, we would have liked that better.

“I wish I could always guarantee that I would get a Fairfield Inn. The bed was really comfortable, and even the rollaway for our son was comfortable. This Fairfield was within walking distance of the Ohio River, where Jeffersonville has a paved walking path for quite a distance. From there the view of Louisville's skyline across the river was lovely. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever.”

• Personnel were above exceptional; they went out of their way to be of service to you.
• Would have liked to swim later in the evening.

“This was by far the most pleasing experience we have ever had at a hotel; the staff was excellent at their job, their friendliness and their professionalism. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. It is conveniently located to Jeffersonville, Clarksville and Louisville.”

• The service I received from the staff was wonderful!
• My room was directly above the front entrance door. Therefore I could hear every time the door closed. It was hard getting use to the noise.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. My stay was more than I expected. The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was also nice. The only bad part of my stay was the location of my room. I was directly above the from door entrance to the hotel. Therefore every time the door closed I could hear it.”

• Wonderful Bed.
• Too much chlorine in the pool.

“We enjoyed our stay. There was so much chlorine in the pool we could not stay in it very long and our eyes burned for days afterwards. There was a nice breakfast bar in the morning.”

• The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! You could make your own belgian waffles!
• The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not really bad at all. Nothing we'd complain about.

“This hotel was a wonderful deal for the price we paid. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful. The staff were very courteous and friendly, even though we didn't check in until 3:00 a.m.”
