• Good location in downtown.
• The breakfast was not that good.

• They were good at giving directions to restaurants and 4th street live!
• Microwave was broken, found gum on the end table.

“When we got in to the room noticed that the microwave was broken, and gum stuck to the end table. Called and reported that to the front desk they said they would get it later. Was also not told that I needed to have a deposit in case of damage to the room that would be given back. They were good at giving directions to restaurants and such!”

• Easy access to highway, cheap parking. walking distance to restaurants.
• Neighborhood perfectly safe and centrally located but a bit sketchy.

“Clean, quiet, and convenient. Nothing special or charming, but no problems or annoyances either. Centrally located downtown within easy walking distance of river, ballpark, museums, and 4th street outdoor concerts.”

• Location in the down town, parking, cleanliness, atmosphere, computer hook up.
• A bit pricey, but well worth it.

“Excellent location and staff was very nice. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner across the street from the hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer but we had a graduation to attend in Ohio.”

• Extremely convenient location downtown, especially for the great price!
• No indoor connection from the parking garage to the hotel.

• Fairly new building near museums, river, etc. Nice indoor pool/spa. Excellent gym.
• No hairdryer in room, and staff was unable to locate one.

“Good location; rooms in good condition. Nice recreational facilities. $6 self-park garage adjacent to hotel.”

• They gave us a room with a king-sized mattress and an excellent view.

“Don't let the star-rating fool you. This is an exceptional value. The room was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.”

• AWESOME LOCATION!!!!!
• Hallways smelled like a nursing home. Decor was blah.

“Very nice location, we were able to walk to great eating establishments, clubs, very safe! Even walking home at three in the morning we felt very safe. The hotel staff was great in giving directions and providing directions that were already copied. Very helpful staff. Only thing, my friend left his card for the incidentals, and they charged his card multiple times! We are still waiting on resolution on that.”
