• The staff was friendly and my room was cleaned.
• My credit card was debited for some charges after I was told it wouldn't be

“I didn't like the fact that it took 2 weeks to get money refunded to my credit card that shouldn't have been debited in the first place. I used 300 minutes(all my minutes for the month) on my cell phone talking back and forth with the hotel and the credit card company. This was supposed to be the happiest weekend of my life. After all I was in Kentucky to get married.”

• Staff, set up of hotel interior, parking arrangements.

“This hotel is extraordinary. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is set up in a way that is easy to move through. Good feeling throughout. Rooms are very clean and set up unlike a standard hotel room. Very comfortable throughout.”

• They went the extra mile.
• Bed too soft. Very small T.V.

“The hotel was very nice. We had a good view, and the staff went beyond what they had to do. The desk attendant heard it was our 13th anniversary and they had a bottle of wine, cheeses, and chocolates delivered to our room that night for free. We declined the wine since we don't drink, but the chocolates were delicious, and the fact that they did not have to do that made the difference. It was a lot easier to overlook the undersized T.V. after that.”

• Elevator was not working for a time. So guests had to use service elevator

• Convenient fo downtown shopping, dining, and attractions.
• $10/day for parking. Modern but rather uninspiring decor.

“A really nice, clean hotel that has everything I expect in a Hyatt. This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed here. The view of the city skyline from some of the upper floor rooms is incredible! I hate paying $10 for parking, but I suppose that's the price you pay for staying downtown. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.”

• Comfy bedding and fast elevators.
• Parking prices, grungy bathroom, scary balcony's, restaurant prices, wifi internet prices, and loud sirens.

“Conveniently located, clean hotel with large meeting facilities. We stayed on the 15th floor and the sirens blasted frequently outside. The food was expensive with small portions. Parking was terribly expensive. Bathroom was not very clean. If traveling with toddlers you must keep an eye on them because the balcony's are dangerous looking.”

• Ffront Desk and Restaurant /Bar Staff coul dnot have been better
• Wireless keyboard internet for email does not work.

“Excellent room, very comfrtoable bed and surprisingly quiet given the 4th street nightlife area. Very comvenience location and exceptional staff that genuinely seem to care about the guest. It's my favorite place to stay in Louisville.”

• This hotel was very convenient to attractions and dining.

“The hotel was clean and attractive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What I liked most was it's location. It was a very short walk to 4th Street Live, and convenient to other area attractions. I would definitely stay there again!”

• The check-in process was very easy and the staff gave us a great overview of the building.
• We didn't like paying for parking ($15) and we didn't like that there's no complimentary breakfast.

“This hotel was great. Very comfortable and very nice room! Our room was on the 14th floor and we had gorgeous view of the city. We did not like that, because the hotel is in the middle of downtown, we had to pay to park in a garage. We also didn't like that there is no complimentary breakfast and they offered bottled water in the room, but also charge $4.75 for it! Overall the stay was great.”

• Staff was very accommodating when advised of our concerns.
• Paper thin walls and could hear conversations through the wall.

“We had to switch rooms around midnight, because we could clearly hear every word of the lively conversation in the room next door. Staff was very accommodating, even gave us complimentary breakfast, but it was a great inconvenience, since we were already in bed. The lobby/atrium area is somewhat gloomy. The lighting is dim and the colors depressing. Could use an update.”

“Hotel was great! The only issue I have with hotel is that there is a charge to use WiFI, If a Super 8 Hotel can give you free WiFi I think a hotel of this calibur could provide free wifi.”

“Decent rooms, not on the same level as Double Tree, Hyatt Place. Free Internet, places for kids to play, but not what I am used to when staying in 3 star hotels. Old brick buildings, choppy parking lot, dated 1970's feel to the furnishings, more of a 2.5 to 2.0 Star feel.”
