• I thought the decor was slightly dated.

“This hotel was clean, the pool looked good and the game room was of good size. They also had a pool table and football table for the older kids.”

• Clean, friendly, comfortable and highly regarded name.
• Absolutely nothing.

“Excellent hotel. Very pleasant staff that accommodated our request quickly with no complaint. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was ultra-comfortable (very plush). Would have liked to have stayed in town longer to continue the comfort of the room.”

• Close to Grace College.
• I expected a Continental breakfast but they did not have it.

“Bad smell in rooms and hallways. Elevators inconvenient from rooms. Bad food service, no continental breakfast or coffee. Desk clerks not very caring or friendly.”

• Convenient, accessible, clean, pleasant.
• The walls were a little thin. There was music piped throughout the halls and it was a little too loud.

“We arrived late in the evening so we weren't able to use all the facilities they had available, It was really nice and clean. We had a room close to our car, which was nice.”

• Not too much.
• The beds. The fitted sheets were always coming loose.

“The hotel was rated as a 2 1/2 to 3 star facility. There appeared to be new hotels nearby with lower ratings that would have been more acceptable.”

• There were two pools one inside and one out. They were both beautiful.
• This was a party hotel.

• Very nice indoor swimming and athletic facility. Nice that it's open till midnight.
• Door locks to outside all seem to be broken.

“Very nice hotel, pleasant staff. The indoor swimming complex is very nicely done, in the form of a little village setting. The rooms aren't huge, but are fine. Great shower head.”

• The way the pool was decorated was beautiful!
• Small problem with room, but was corrected quickly.

“This was a great place to take kids. Especially after an children's event at the Wagon Wheel, just walk right next door and you are there. Bad experience with restaurant. Have to be pick food up at bar, but no children are allowed in there, so we went around and around with the employees until someone finally smartened up and brought our food over to us at the door. Otherwise, everything was great! We will definitely go again!”

• Location was good to area shopping, restaurants and close to the event we were there for.
• No coffee in the lobby, and no breakfast provided.

“I was a little disappointed when we walked into the lobby and didn't see 24-hour coffee, like cheaper motel chains. I also looked for some sort of continental breakfast - we travel a lot and I can't remember the last time that some sort of breakfast wasn't provided. I found a previously used wash cloth on the shower-bar. I should have called the desk and asked for another room, but I felt that the washcloth was just an oversight by the person that cleaned the room last and not a reflection on the cleanliness of the room. The lobby was beautifully decorated and we were warmly greeted by the person at the desk.”

• The room was beautiful and the hotel is located in such a great spot.
• Wish they served a continental breakfast.

“We went to this hotel because we were going to a football game at Notre Dame and everything was booked within our price range. Although the hotel was located almost an hour away I would stay there again. The room was very nice, the hotel lobby is impressive. The housekeeping staff was very efficient. Bennigan's is located in the hotel so there is no need to travel far for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The alarm in the unoccupied room next to us was sounding at 1:30am and with one quick call to the desk, less than 3 min. later the alarm was silenced!
• The towels could be fluffier/newer.

“The room was clean, the staff was nice and responded well to questions, the bed was VERY comfortable, the cable TV selection was good, and the refrigerator in the room was a nice addition. Great stay for the money.”

• Great pool & hot tub.... fun arcade area. Just fabulous!
• Pool area is not handicap accessible.

• Clean, comfortable room, close to destination, very friendly staff, and we will probably visit again.
• Nothing disliked at this stay.

“We have known this location when it was the Holiday Inn. The changes made have been very welcome. Our room was a non-smoking, clean, well equipped and very quiet. The lady at the desk was very friendly and most knowledgeable. We were happy with our stay there.”

• I liked the in house restaurant, Bennigan's, to walk to for a late dinner.
• Lots of noise in the hallways and pool area due to kids.

“Enjoyed our stay, however we choose to not use the pool because of all the kids and noise there. The pool was one of the reasons we wanted to stay at the hotel. It was a lovely place.”

“Excellent for familes with indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and game room and exercise equipment and sauna. Bennigan's in Hotel also! 3 lakes within city limits and 10 more within 10 miles.”

• Lovely lobby, rooms, etc. And business center with internet access is a big plus.
• The whirlpool was shut down for the entire weekend and the pool was very very cold.

“This is a lovely hotel but there are very few selections in this small town and we chose the most expensive and nicest one because we knew it had a nice indoor pool and hot tub and we had a family group staying there. The hot tub was closed the eintire weekend and the pool was way too cold to use so we were VERY disappointed.”

“The only problem was our rooms only had 1 king bed for 3 people....that means that 2 people had to sleep on chairs..because they said they had no other rooms...hmmmm. Not very restful.”
