• Very unique, nice amenities in the room.
• Hallways were narrow and winding.

“Loved the ambiance! Relaxing music playing and soft lighting when we first entered the room. Upgraded room features like pergo flooring, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, comfy pedestal bed. Pool area needed some attention, but lobby was nice with games & puzzles.”

• Modern spa like feel. Staff was friendly.
• Need more hooks in bathroom shower area. Pocket door separating shower area was hard to close.

“Modern spa like hotel. Hotel staff was helpful and professional. Room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The room does not have carpet which I liked. Kind of like a home away from home. No tub, just a spa-like shower with a bench and adjustable shower head.”

• Clean friendly, free breakfast.
• Too far from downtown Indy - everything else was booked.

• Safe area.
• Pool stinks, uncaring and rude staff, tiny whirlpool tubs.

“My husband and I went there for a night out and decided to stay at the Ramada. We got a whirlpool room, and only one of us could fit in the tub at a time (we're not big people). There were kids running up and down the hallway screaming and the desk clerk acted like it was nothing out of the ordinary. We were going to use the pool, but it smelled like dirty feet and did not look like what pool water was supposed to look like (we have an outdoor pool at home so we know something about that). There were also no clean towels in sight. The hot tub and pool area was also taken over by a large group 99% of the time, so there was no enjoying it no matter what. Terrible experience and we're not going back!”
