• Free breakfast, good bathroom, fair location.
• Hard, small beds, poor pillows, chlorine smell throughout the hotel, wet floors in and around elevator.

“The friendly and helpful staff welcomed us and took care of checking us in without a problem. We noticed a strong chlorine smell in the entire hotel, even in our second-floor room, though. The room was nicely located, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, but the beds were short and narrow, and the pillows were hard and small. Sleeping was not comfortable.”

• Indoor pool and fitness center was wonderful.
• I don't have anything negitive to say.

“I stayed here because
I wanted to be near family. It was a good choice. Staff was polite, check in and out was fast and efficient. Hotel was very clean and the continental breakfast had many choices. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend the Holiday Inn in Fishers again.”

• The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice.
• Distance from convention center.

“Over all had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The area was quiet but close to lots of restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was very friendly and gave great directions. My only problem was the actual driving distance to the Convention Center was 20 miles not 13, which was about a twenty or thirty minute drive.”

• The continental breakfast was amazing. The pool area seemed clean and nice. We loved our room and the convenient location.
• The breakfast area was a little crowded with food, people, and tables. More space would have been nice.

“The hotel lobby was clean, open, and inviting. The front desk employee who helped us with check-in was friendly and joked around with us. She even offered to bake us some fresh Smores cookies. We had a positive experience with housekeeping (when we needed more towels). The area that the hotel was located in was very safe and well lit. The beds and pillow were amazing.”

• Hotel clerk was very friendly.
• Children were running through the halls and no one thought this was a problem. For over 2 hours it was extremely loud and I did report to desk clerk.

“The hotel was ok, but not as nice as I expected. So really nothing was done for the inconvenience.”

• The location was excellent.
• It was definitely not a 3 star hotel!

“This hotel should be a 2.5 star at best. The rooms were poorly insulated and the door constantly rattled throughout the evening as other guests entered and exited their rooms. They have a continental breakfast in the morning.”

“To sum It up, I was eating my bagel ("free breakfast") and the desk clerk was talking very loudly with a maintenance man, asking him If he had a "brain fart." nice when you are eating. High speed Internet was very slow. Extremely disappointed with this hotel.”

• No complaints.

“No complaints on the hotel. We were there for the Indy 500 and it was a little bit of a drive but it also got you out away from the crowds/traffic. Hotel is close to Meyers, Wal-Mart and restaurants.”

• Clean friendly close to malls. Also had a great restaurant within hotel space.
• We were very happy with the hotel, and had no negative experience.

• Room was very large and clean.
• The was a terrible odor in the hallways and elevator.

“I had a very pleasurable stay at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Northeast. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and having a extremely good restaurant attached to the hotel was definitely a plus. For the 3 days / 2 nights I was staying there was a odor that was present in the halls and elevator, the staff did a good job of attempting to mask the odor but it was definitely still noticeable. Scale of 1 - 10 = 7.5.”

• Could walk to attached restaurant. shopping near also.
• On the last night my room key did not work but they fixed quickly.

“Nice place to stay cameras at the end of the hall to see anyone trying to come in the back door. Restaurant is attached and several others that can be walked to.”

• The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful.
• The cable jack was ripped out of the wall, and there was not an option to buy a movie on the tv.

“This was not even close to a 3 star hotel. The room that I had was not clean or up to date. The cable jack had been ripped out of the wall, making it impossible to watch tv. The shower was dirty and stained and the bed was old and worn. I wanted a 4-star but settled for a 3 star because that was the highest star available in the North area. I was very disappointed with the hotel that I got.”

• At first, I thought the hotel was O.K. However, towards the end of my visit, I saw a different side.
• Roaches, roaches, roaches!!!

• Very willing to help staff. when looking for a restaurant looked it up on map quest and printed it out for us. very impressed.
• That you could only get in the front door. wished there would have been access from side door with room key.

“This was a middle-aged Holiday Inn that had not been updated. The attached Bennigan's was convenient, as was the location close to the highway, but for overall fit and finish of the room, poor reception on several TV channels, and limited amenities, I would rate this hotel with no more than 2 stars. I'd stay there again, but would not pay 3 star rates for it.”

• The traffic at the closest corner can be a problem.

“I had a nice stay. Nothing overly spectacular, but what they had was clean and the service was prompt and very courteous. I would stay there again for a casual stay at an economical price.”

“Nice hotel, but we were hoping for 2 queen beds, non-smoking. When I called the hotel they had us with one king bed and in a smoking room. The manager tried to get us a room with queens, but none were available. We had to settle for a king with a pull-out sofa.”

• Although we took a non-smoking room, we could still smell the smoke from the room next door.

• Relatively quiet and fairly convenient to several restaurants. Convenient to the highway system .
• Could do with some modernization in the bathroom area. I should add that it looked like they were remodeling some of the rooms on my floor.

• I truly cannot think about anything I did like.
• I did not like the fact that I tried to check in a 8:30 in the evening and my room was not ready.

“I really had a horrible time. I tried to check in a 8:30 in the evening, and my room was not ready yet. They made me wait 30 minutes for my room to get ready. When I came back to the counter, they told me to go on up, and the room that they gave me was not ready. I had to sit and wait some more until the cleaning crew finished with another room. Then, I went down stairs in the morning for the continental breakfast, and there was not milk and trash every where.”

• Bad cable reception, internet did not work for the most of the trip and was very slow

“This hotel should not be a 3 star hotel. The high speed internet was anything but that, as it was very slow, and it did not work for most of my trip I attempted to change rooms a couple of times and ran into the same issues in each room. The hotel restaruant Bennigans, was nothing to write home about, service and food were below par. The cable in the room was not good either, signal kept going out on a few channels. This hotel should be a 2 star hotel, 2.5 if you want to stretch it. The positive was the hotel was clean and my room was cleaned very well and efficiently.”

• It smelled nice inside.
• It was not a three and a half star. I would never pay that money for it.

“I was dissappointed in the rating of the hotel. It was not a three and a half star hotel at all. I would have paid full price of $30 more to stay in one of the other three and half star hotels.”
