• Excellent fitness equipment and food was excellent.
• Uneven quality in staff, awaken at 11pm by housekeeping staff.

• The staffs were very nice and professional.
• There were no insulation in between rooms. next room was very audible.

“Hotel staff were very cooperative and I respect them very much. They did everything they could. But the hotel has terrible problem with wall insulation. My daughter had tennis tournament and we needed to sleep. I complained to the front and the security went to my next room to quite them. I could hear everything and that's how audible the room was. I love the staff but I'll never go back to that hotel.”

• The room was comfortable with a nice king size bed, very welcoming.
• Our bathroom was extremely small and a little unkept.

“This hotel overall was very nice with plenty of amenities and friendly personnel. We would enjoy a stay there again in the future.”

• Very comfortable bed, nice down pillows and blanket.
• $9.95 charge per day for internet connection, most hotels DO NOT charge for this.

“Very nice overall. The restaurant menu was priced too high, high-speed internet charge was ridiculous. The Fitness center was great. Room was comfortable and did not smell gross most hotel rooms smell awful.”

• Could not guarantee me a nonsmoking room, fortunately I was able to change

• The room, beds and bathroom were clean. We actually had hot water in the shower.
• We had trouble with one of the key cards not working.

• Full kitchen, gorgeous location.
• No complaints at all.

“For the money, this is the best deal in town! Located in downtown Indy, our room overlooked a beautiful canal walk where we could watch people walking, rollerblading, and bike riding. We even saw a gondola with a singing gondolier! Easy on and off of the major freeway and within walking distance of downtown shopping. The full kitchen is always great! I highly recommend Marriott Indianapolis East (the Residence Inn).”

• The staff was very friendly and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
• The bed was too soft and the water was very hard.

“Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. I was surprised though, that as a 3-star hotel they didn't have soft water. It was terrible for my husbands shave.”

• Location. Exercise room was great

• Front Desk Staff was superb

“This Marriott was nice. Great room, great work out room and nice pool. The staff checked me in very quickly and later called me in my room to make sure everything was in order.”

“I love being asked about Indy Marriott East! It is my favorite place to stay - and that's saying a lot since I overnight travel 2-3x/week. Great staff at this facility and nice atmosphere. There are no better beds and pillows either - not even at the Westin.”

“Check in was friendly and fast. Hotel was crowded with kids at a karate convention. Was not able to use the pool or jacuzzi due to this until morning. Easy to locate and clean. Bed was very comfortable.”
