“Very clean and nice, helpful staff. Great pool and workout room. Room service was fast and friendly but I have to say the food was not that great and the prices were out of this world, but other than that it was a good experience.” Nov 28, 2009 by
Cathy from Mishawaka,IN
“Wonderful hotel.” Oct 27, 2009 by
Jeff from Jasper,IN
“It was a very nice hotel for the price. Conveniently located. Would refer travelers to this hotel.” Oct 22, 2009 by
Kathy from Lawrenceville,GA
“The rooms are very accommodating, though some are a little outdated. The restaurant and bar food far surpassed my expectations - great selections and preparation. Above all, the hotel staff are absolutely excellent the friendliest and most efficient of any I've ever stayed at. I've stayed here many times and the staff is very consistent - and always friendly and helpful.” Oct 10, 2009 by

“Great location and clean, friendly place to stay. Just wished you didn't have to go to the lobby to get wifi.” Aug 16, 2009 by
Lisa from Cincinnati,OH
“The hotel on the outside and lobby seem to have a rating of a 4. However, the room made me feel as though I was in a travel lodge or motel. The location was great as far as for restaurants, and shopping.” Aug 14, 2009 by
Lori from Tarpon Springs,FL
“Nice hotel with a great location for our purposes. Had a bad encounter with the hotel staff our first night. Our room was on the second floor right above two parties with extremely loud DJ's - so loud that our room shook. We complained to the front desk clerk who was very rude. He was backed up by a security guard who heatedly informed us that they had every right to play their music until 12 am (it was 11pm). The guest services manager helped to diffuse the situation and said he would follow up with us to let us know how he had handled things. The music quieted slightly, but lasted until almost midnight making us stay up an extra hour after a very tiring day. We never heard from the guest services manager again despite the fact that he requested my husband's business card. The rest of the stay was quiet and uneventful. The room was comfortable and clean, but the air conditioner did not work well and never cooled the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.” Aug 1, 2009 by
Larry from Bloomfield Hills,MI
“Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, quiet. Lobby was very clean and professional. Ate in the bar, food was great and wait staff very friendly. Overall, exceptional experience. Well done!” Jul 2, 2009 by
Theresa from Huntingburg,IN
“The room was adequately comfortable and clean. The bathroom was rather small but adequate for 1-2 people. The hotel is not easy to access from the freeway, and the parking lot exits are very limited. Since I did not use the restaurant, I have no comment on its quality nor prices. The business center's computers were easily accessible to guests; however, workstations were too close for some people's needs for privacy. I would have preferred to stay at a Residence Inn or Marriott because their quality is consistently better. Ironically, the Residence Inns and Courtyards usually receive lower ratings (2 - 2.5 on the Priceline site), equivalent to some of the very inconsistent hotels. To avoid being placed at some of these types, I try to request higher rated hotels, which eliminates the chances of getting a Residence Inn or Hilton Garden Inn.” Jul 1, 2009 by
Lou from Cleveland,OH
“Overall a great stay. Hotel was much better than I expected. Had no problems with anything. TV remote didn't work and they had me a new one in 15minutes.” Jun 20, 2009 by

“Good location for me. Plenty of handicapped parking. I had a delicious Filet mignon one evening with great sides. Breakfast was always an adventure not to over eat. Lots of choices. Dining room staff was friendly and courteous. My room was always immaculate after they had cleaned. I'll stay there again when I need to come to Indy for business.” Feb 28, 2009 by
Sarah from Chandler,IN
“Nice hotel! Room was quite comfortable. Food from room service was tasty. Was really convenient to northside of Indianapolis attractions.” Feb 19, 2009 by
Lloyd from Indianapolis,IN
“A clean, decent hotel, although not as nice as other Hiltons where I've stayed. This particular room may not have been rented in awhile, because there were a number of dead flies on the windowsill, and a dead spider in an extensive web in a corner of the bathroom floor where a mop should have cleaned.” Feb 15, 2009 by
Judy from Evansville,IN
“We have stayed at ths Hotel probably on 4 different occasions. We were very satisfied with the accommodations and would stay here again.” Feb 12, 2009 by

“Everything was up to snuff. It is a nice Hilton, but not a luxury hotel. Deserves 3 stars, not 3 1/2 stars.” Feb 8, 2009 by
George from Sterling Heights,MI

Jan from Chamblee,GA
“Pleasant staff, nice clean room, great pool. Bar staff somewhat challenged. Front desk at arrival superb. Plumbing problem promptly and courteously solved. Getting a bathrobe to go to pool was like pulling teeth. Breakfast not included, coffee maker did not work properly. Free parking and easy interstate access.” Jan 6, 2009 by

“Pay $10/night for internet access when all the 2 and 3 Star properties in the area do not charge for example. Not a great location, makes it difficult to enter/exit to the highway.” Sep 26, 2008 by

“I was surprised this was a three star hotel, it looked and felt like a 4 star to me!” Sep 5, 2008 by
Rita from Powell, OH
“The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the food on the Sunday brunch buffet reflected what I would expect in a hotel. The bed appeared to not have been stripped, because when I was doing my final room check before we left, I pulled the sheets off and found stuff on the mattress, not sure if it was food or not, doesn't really matters. This hotel is a Hilton and should live up to the standards the name invokes. The shower has not been deep cleaned in a long time as the grout was blackened with mildew-N-mold. Again not something you would expect at a Hilton. We also found two straws put together with chewing gum under the sleeper couch when we moved it to pull it out for my son. The hospitality person seemed put out when we asked for sheets for the pull out couches in both of the rooms, even though the front desk was well aware that we would be using the sleepers for our 2 teenagers. Communication seemed to be a problem as well as adequate staffing. I went down to the breakfast buffet with it still having an hour left to serve. The food looked old, there were fruit flies buzzing all around it and the carafes of milk for the cereal were not kept cold and felt warm to the touch. Not at all appetizing, especially not at 17.95 per person. As my son put it, he missed the free continental breakfast that we normally get when traveling. On a good note, Crystal, the person at the front desk when we checked out on Monday offered us a free lunch when she heard about the condition of my room. My family did not want to do this because none of us had really enjoyed the food the day before. She offered it for our next stay and to just ask for her. As I m not sure if we will stay there.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Audra from Lexington, KY
“The hotel is beautiful with great restaurants and a perfect location. Our room had a bedroom, bathroom and study. The air conditioning vents were in the far back corner of the study and there were no vents in the bedroom or bathroom. Even with the thermostat set to 50 degrees F (no exaggeration) for 5 hours we were unable to cool the bedroom. Maintenance came but obviously couldn't do anything and the hotel didn't offer fans or any other alternative. I was shocked we could be the first people to complain about this. The parking garage costs $22 a night but no one told us this. We even asked if the hotel validated and the girl behind the desk stamped our parking ticket without saying a word. We didn't know until we got the bill that we were charged. The manager took both nights parking charges off our bill because of this. The manager was amazing.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Kathy from Terre Haute, IN

“I liked it. The staff was friendly. The elevators were hard to find and they weren't. The hallways were a little noisy at night. Yes, the bathrooms are fairly small, but useable! It isn't easy to change that, though. Overall, it was a good experience.” Sep 2, 2008 by
R from Valparaiso, IN
“Older hotel. no Jacuzzi. Small rooms. Charged for use of internet in business center--per minute!” Sep 1, 2008 by
Patricia from Troy, MI
“It was a nice hotel. Not easy to get to traffic wise.”
