“We will never return. No shampoo and when asked for it we felt like we were a burden. Refused conditioner to me.” Sep 11, 2008 by
Roger from San Diego, CA
“Skip this place. It's a dump.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Charles from Sandusky, MI
“The hotel room was clean, comfortable and I could park right in front of my room. For the price, I was surprised just how comfortable it was. However, the hotel is a couple miles south of Peru, which has a limited selection of restaurants, so one might be farther ahead to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, rather than heading into town for a meal.” Aug 18, 2008 by
Carl from Clifton Hill, MO
“Not the Taj Mahal, but I bought a bed for the night, not a vacation spa.” Nov 26, 2007 by

“The staff, whether it's the management or owners are very rude, and they seem to dislike senior citizens. Some of the rooms are in need of repair; some of the sinks are clogged with hair, some paint falling off the ceilings. They also won't give credit or points for Trip reward members after paying cash.” Jul 21, 2007 by
Chris from Pontiac, MI
“The quality of this room is far from 2-stars and may barely qualify for one. The room was marked as nonsmoking, but there was a strong odor of stale smoke, as if it was previously a smoking room, and not thoroughly deodorized. There were cigarette burns on the floor and furniture. Also, the furniture was worn threadbare in places, and the mattress was sunken. Also disturbing in this room was an access door to the attic that appeared to have not been cleaned recently, if ever. The room would have been an ideal location to film a horror movie. On a more positive note, the refrigerator was a welcome feature, and the large TV set had many channels.” Jun 21, 2007 by
Colin from Austin, TX
“This hotel has good location and convenient on-property (non-hotel) restaurant. The accommodations appeared clean and appropriate for the star level. Check-in conducted by a very pleasant lady. The only detractor was an extremely rude employee at check-out. She may have been an owner or manager.” Apr 25, 2007 by
Kandy from Boonville, MO
“I arrived at 1 a.m. The desk clerk asked for my credit card and I told him that I had already paid. He seemed confused. My key didn't work, initially. The lights didn't work in the room. That was how it all started, but from that point forward, it was a great experience. I plugged in the lights. The room was nice, clean, good TV selection of channels; fridge and micro were unexpected, but appreciated. Parking was right outside my door.” Feb 20, 2007 by
Melinda from Milford, IN
“We felt that the room was very nice, fairly new carpeting, with a very comfortable bed. The only thing that did not look nice esthetically was the ottoman fabric did not match the chair fabric, not a very big problem. We would return to this hotel again if ever in the area.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
