• Suite /42" flat screen/decor/nice and clean.

• Great HDTV & comfortable beds! Nice fridge and microwave.
• Bathtub faucet was about to fall out from the wall, especially when pulling the valve for the shower.

• Staff was the friendliest and most helpful we've ever come across.
• Handicap accessible rooms were not true ones. A grab bar in the shower doesn't make it so.

“Overall an excellent hotel. Staff were friendliest and most helpful we've ever come across. Had problems with handicap accessibility in room but staff tried to help and were eager for suggestions for improving situation. Was disappointed they only had an outdoor pool and the use of the pool at the health club nearby did not allow children. But in summer would be perfect. Good free breakfasts and can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the entire staff was from the time we walked in the door to the time we turned in our keys at the end of the stay. Even cleaning personnel were friendly and personable. If they'd had a hand-held shower head and a sturdier shower stool, would have had no complaints whatsoever.”

• The rooms are huge and spacious.
• The stool overflowed on the first night and again at 5 a.m.

“Although we experienced difficulties with the bathroom facilities, the hotel management made amends with a gift certificate for a free night. We plan on going back next year.”

• The contemporary decorations, the comfort of the room, a refrigerator in the room and the giant TV in our room.

• I liked everything including free WiFi and HD TV.
• I did not appreciate seeing signs for vending machines and finding none.

• Pleasant decor, very nice pool facilities, excellent breakfast.
• I did not like the lack of DVD player. Input jacks were no good because I did not bring cables.

“I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and we had a great time! Pool was excellent. Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• The modern, updated decor was extremely attractive.
• It would have been nice to have more non-sports choices for the TV.

“I loved the overall "Zen" type feel of the hotel. The lobby was divided into several spaces, each of which had a different feel but which maintained a consistent feel. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-stocked with linens, etc., and it was nice to have great decor that made it look less like a typical hotel room.”

• Room was spacious and well lay out. Loved the separated seating area.
• Tough to get to in the back of the mall passed by mall twice on keystone and had to turn around.

• Modern styling, comfortable, openly spaced rooms.
• No phone book in the room, or vending on the floor.

“Great looking, very high quality, room was very clean, the layout of the room was extremely well designed. The Swivel Widescreen was a great idea. For the quality of room the price and whole experience was great.”

• Staff attitude outstanding, free breakfast exceptional, decor attractive inside and out, big TV great, beds great, shopping great.
• No microwave, no window stop/danger to children, no EWTN channel, frig problems, lighting controls.

• I liked the contemporary, Asian design of the room.
• Room layout was awkward, not comfortable to use.

“The physical layout of the lobby was awkward - not easy to get around with luggage, etc. The room had an awkward layout as well for a leisure traveler, though it may work very well for a business traveler. Sleeping area had no chair to sit on while dressing and was confining. The closet was very hard to get into, though size was adequate. Large L-shaped sofa in living area was not very inviting. Room could have been laid much more comfortably. Hotel was the noisiest I've ever stayed in. At one point, my husband called the front desk to ask where the loud music was coming from that was keeping us awake. Turned out, it was from the hotel itself. Fortunately, they turned it off for us. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 9:30 week days, and one day when my husband went down at 9:20, everything had already been put away. Since there was a sink and refrigerator area, it would have been convenient if there had been a few glasses or dishes, but there was not. But, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.”

• The room was very large and had a wonderful sofa and flat screen. Beautiful decor. We loved it!
• The door to our room was stuck shut so bad that we had to get maintenance to help us open it.

“We thought that the room rocked. Huge flat panel TV that swiveled between the living area and the sleeping area. The Couch was very spacious and a pull out bed. Our son loved the room he had so play in the living area. Very spacious!”

• Elevators were slow in coming.

“Very, very clean and the rooms seemed larger than normal hotel rooms. The extra large couch was nice, so we could all sit on it while watching TV.”

• Can't think of anything.

• This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The pillows were not clean and fresh they were stained and the carpets needed a good cleaning.

“This hotel had a very nice breakfast and the pool was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and large I reserved 5 rooms and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the service we received this hotel was very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. After we checked in, the front desk called to make sure everything was ok. This made us feel that we matter to the hotel.”

“I was disappointed that they did not have high speed internet. I used dial up connection to access the internet. Local phone calls are not free here. I was told that they were .53 a call however inside the room it is posted by the phone that it is .50. False postings. Not a good thing. I also noticed a sign on the bathroom sink that says if you forgot anything to let the front desk know. Well I needed some pain reliever for a headache and some contact solution. They had neither. I am in marketing and one focus our department has is to not false advertise. This hotel needs some update. The microwave was a turn dial and the TV was a bit out dated as well.”
