“Needs to work on fresh smells. Musky odor to whole building. Good location for quick trips downtown. Towels barely 16 inches wide if I had to guess. Sound barrier for Interstates right next to it would help. Overall cheap in many ways but a great location for trips to Indy or greenwood areas. Centrally located. Someone should really invest in this place to make it stand out in a prime location.” Sep 11, 2009 by

“I would stay there again, but it does need to change things just a little. Mainly update TV cable and fix the little things that need to be fixed. The staff was friendly. It was quiet. The rooms were neat, but furniture was pretty out dated but that is not a big deal with me. I'm just telling them for other people who stay. I am not a real picky person as long as it is clean. It just needs a little cosmetic things & better TV cable service.” Nov 30, 2007 by

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled of smoke. There were several things broken. For example a towel bar hanging down. The shower curtain could not keep water in the tub so the whole bathroom floor was soaked. The drain in the sink was clogged. I felt like My family was not in a safe place.” Oct 6, 2007 by

“This hotel was exactly what we were looking for for our stay to watch the colts game it was close enough to make us feel good but far enough out to make us feel comftorable.” Aug 24, 2005 by
Craig from Louisville, KY
“Short distance from downtown Indy (approx. 15 min.). Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. You would think they would be used to such a high volume of guests by now.Initially observed dirty hallways. They were in need of a good vacuming. That never happened in the 4 days I stayed there. Rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I have asthma and this aggravated my condition immensely.Bathtub had several rust spots ranging from dime-sized to the size of a quarter. Kiddie pool was not operational and appeared disgusting. It was 1/4 full of black water and some construction debriss. On final day had to walk thru water to exit buillding due to the hotel's laundry room flooding. I overheard an employee saying this happens quite often. Overall, below average appearance and upkeep for this type of hotel. I have stayed at other 2-star rated Quality Inns that were in far better shape.” Aug 24, 2005 by

“This hotel was perfect for the price we were paying and the closeness to the Convention center. The pool was great for my husband and son as I was attending a 4 day convention. The bathroom fan was way too loud for my taste, and the water pressure for flushing was not adequate. There was a leak in the ceiling of the breakfast room, which was a little small and the selection of breakfast choices was a bit slim. But considering how close it was and what we paid per night, I'd gladly stay here again for the convention next year.” Jul 28, 2005 by

“I would rate this hotel as more of an economy hotel. The staff were cooperative but the motel is getting to the age that some cosmetic renovations would do it a world of good. The continental breakfast was billed as a deluxe, but it was like any other that I've had. Our experience there was okay, adequate, but not outstanding.” Jul 1, 2005 by
Jerry from Littleton, CO
“Compared to Baymount, this motel would be rated a one star. The food was almost always gone before I got down there. With still an hour left. The room and hall on the first floor toward the back were filthy and had a bad odor. I would never stay there again.” Jun 10, 2005 by
Larry from Cedar Lake, IN
“The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The mattress could have been a little firmer, though.” Hotel Representatives:
