• The ENTIRE staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the room service was good and affordable!
• The hotel's location wasn't the best in relation to food choices outside of room service.

• Lobby, bar and restaurant was up to Radisson expectations.

“Exterior, lobby, restaurant were up to Radisson standards. Room itself was acceptable, but the building common areas were clearly an older hotel that had not been updated like the exterior and room (somewhat).”

• The hotel is in a quiet area even though the interstate is close by. There is a nice area for walking.
• At night you could hear the music from the courtyard area. Not live music, but over the speaker system.

“There is a nice hot tub and exercise room. The pool is more of a lap pool than being one for general play. Although nice for families the hotel is better suited for business and couples.”

• Spacious room, roomy shower/tub, beautiful courtyard.
• Housekeeping very noisy in hallway morning of checkout. Would enjoy weight a machine-too much cardio.

“Overall I was very pleased with the hotel room amenities, atmosphere and service. The free Internet access was convenient. Breakfast buffet was very good. Although the fitness room was a decent size and had an ample number of treadmills, elliptical and dumbbells, there were no bench or mats. Would like to have an all in one weight machine.”

• The room was beautiful, along with the hotel.
• My TV could not play movies, I was near the Door of the health club and heard it constantly open/close.

“I was really unhappy that I requested a double bed and was given a king size bed with couched, although that was ok. When wanting to rent a moving instead of go out the movies did not work on our TV. Also our room was next to the Health Club/pool and we heard everyone coming and going to the health club/pool - very loud.”

• I loved that they leave plenty of coffee and sweeteners for the in room coffeemakers! Definitely not stingy here.
• Continental breakfast would have been nice.

“This hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I loved the extra coffee and sweeteners they leave for your in room coffeemakers. The bathtub was of a larger design, which made for a wonderful and relax stay. Will definitely come again for the next trip to Indy.”

• Security-outside doors did not lock until 11pm-room only had chain-deadbolt did not work.

“I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. I did not even spend the night. I was traveling with 3 young children and did not feel secure. Deadbolt on room door did not work. Outside doors to parking lot did not lock until 11pm. Our stay was less than 1 1/2 hrs. I ended up leaving and moving to a different hotel. Hotel is in desperate need of updates! Room and security. The lights near bed also did not work as well as thermostat in room.”

“It was a little isolated from dining options but the food at the restaurant was good. I would have preferred some cheaper breakfast options to the full buffet. It was very easy to get to, but I would have preferred a room on the opposite side of the hotel due to road noise from the adjacent highway.”

• The location made it easy to get pretty much anywhere in the city we needed to be.
• Although there were posters advertising their sleep number beds everywhere, our original room did not have one.

“I don't know what it is about this hotel, but the entire west wing has a cigarette aroma. We have stayed here before, and after returning for the evening, our room just reeked of smoke. The hotel staff explained that an event was taking place, and perhaps the smoke was being pulled into our room by the ventilation system. They did assign us a new room. When we checked into the hotel this time, we explained the situation before, and they assured us we would have no problem. We walked up to our room, and we could smell cigarettes. Now, my husband is extremely allergic to smoke, and we had to move. Anyway, I'm sure the staff thinks we're crazy, but they did move us to another room. I really wish they would do something about their ventilation system!”

• The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• There weren't any restaurants in the immediate area.

“The overall impression of the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The pool was very hot both nights we were there. It was hotter than the hot tub and too hot for our youngest child to be in. It was a nice pool area though. It's a fairly short drive to places to eat but there aren't any restaurants at the hotel location other than the hotel restaurant.”

• The look of the hotel is very luxurious and romantic.
• I could not get the mattress soft enough using the controller that they provide.

“Overall our stay was wonderful. This was out of the hotels control, but there were loud, drunk individuals who were loudly walking down the hall from 3-4am laughing loudly and running into peoples doors. They kept waking us up. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed and taken care of by the facility and the people working.”

• The beautiful entrance and courtyard impressed us. Liked the little meeting area with couches by the fireplace in the lobby area!
• The hot tub area was filthy - floating things in the water. Two girls from my group walked into a room not totally cleaned.

“Everything was nice - the desk changed two of the rooms without any problems. (One room had things left in it as if it had not been totally cleaned, and the other needed a different number of beds. Not sure why the hot tub was so filthy - teenage boys were there before us? However, it was embarrassing to bring all my friends to a dirty hot tub. Rest of hotel was really very nice. I would try it again!”
