• The helpfulness of staff.
• They had no lemons.

• I have stayed here other times and have yet to have something I don't like about this hotel.

• The pool/hot-tub was great!
• TOO loud at night time. Something was making a clonking, bonking sound.

• The room had an excellent view with big windows.
• Parking was an additional three dollars.

• Gorgeous lobby and very cool old-fashioned elevators.
• It was an older hotel with smaller rooms.

“Although an obviously older hotel, the rooms were well renovated and clean. The room was small, but the hotel was very elegant. It would be an ideal location to stay in warmer weather, half a block from monument circle right downtown, but it is not connected to the downtown tunnels and skywalks so you have to walk outside a block or two.”
