• This hotel was fine for a 21/2 star but was in no way a 3 star. Rough sheets and polyester bedspread make it impossible to compete witht he usual 3 s

“Nice 21/2 star but not a 3 star. Bedding is inferior and cannot compete with the sleep systems found in most 3 star hotels. I itched and didn't sleep on the first night. The next two nights were better but I was convinced I had fleas in the bed the first night, it was so itchy. I looked and found none so it was the low thread count of the sheets that was scratchy.Good, free breakfast and nice staff.”

• Loved the hot breakfast with sausage and eggs and warm pool.
• Wish it was closer to downtown Indy, but the location was very nice.

• The hotel room was a lovely suite with kitchen privileges and there was an excellent complimentary breakfast at the hotel.
• The floor of the tubs were slick. We placed a towel on the floor so that we did not have an accident. It was noticed by people in both of our rooms.

“Although we did not cook in this suite, it would have been very easy to prepare foods. We saw a diverse group of guests and the hotel was full. We were short on wash cloths the second night, but a simple call to the front desk took care of that. I am sure that the large numbers of guests probably caused the shortage and the housekeeper just forgot to return with them when available. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. If it is raining, watch the tile in the lobby. It gets very slick, and we saw a man sitting in the lobby whose head was bleeding. He had fallen that night. The next morning he entered with a bandage on his head.”

• It had all that I could think to ask for - counter, desk, coffee table, dishes, sink, fridge, stove, etc.
• It does not have an entrance form the street of it's address - a bit confusing to get to.

“Located just north of Indianapolis, this Residence Inn was very comfortable and clean. In addition, it had all the amenities for which one might ask - desk, couch, coffee table, kitchen sink, counter, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.”

• The smell, very musty smelling.

“This hotel has a ton of bang for your buck! It is an all-suite hotel with big rooms, full kitchen and living area. The staff is super helpful and kind. The location is great, close to Indy.”

• I was ecstatic that I had a kitchen in my room! That was the best part!
• Satellite TV was frustrating in bad weather. Wish there would have been more dishes and detergent for hand washing dishes.

“The facility was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and took great care of me. I left an item behind and when I called they held it for me to come back and pick it up. The staff was pleasant to be around, treated my pet well and accommodated my needs.”

“This is a real sleeper hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with all the amenities. The breakfast was a real breakfast and tasted great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spacious room and good service.”

• I liked that they gave complimentary popcorn and there was an ice maker in the refrigerator.
• They did not have many free movie stations or channels.

“As soon as I walked into the door, everyone was very cordial and nice. The whirlpool was wonderful and I loved my room. It was so comfy and the dishes made you fill like you were at home. My 15 yr old daughter said the free breakfast was the bomb!
which means she loved it. We just had a wonderful experience and I wished I had of asked for an additional night at the price here.”

• Extremely clean and wonderful staff.
• WiFi was weak at the west end of the hotel.

“I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. It has free warm breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, donuts, cereal, etc. The indoor pool was lightly heated, which was a treat compared to other indoor pools that are usually rigid. In room wired internet, with WiFi in most areas of the hotel. Its only 2 miles from I-465 right on US31. Located across the road from Riley Children's Hospital North which is called Clarion North.”

• They went out of their way to please with upgrades, etc.
• Everything was great!

“The hotel had everything I need and more. They even have a local health club within a short driving distance. Great facilities at the gym as well as the hotel. Everything was very clean, and I loved the events in the lobby that one night included hotdogs, hamburgers, beer, and other assorted complimentary treats.”

• Awesome breakfast, nice pool area, very friendly staff.
• The bed are ok, but not the most comfortable I've slept in.

“We had a great stay here. It was so homey and comfortable. I love having a kitchen in the room. The breakfast was so good. Just watch the waffle iron. My 12 year old burned her fingers really bad! The hotel is a little tricky to get to, but not bad. You just have to take the outer road.”

• It was quiet, clean, comp breakfast super, staff great.
• I could not stay longer, not hotels fault, and I had to come home.

“It was very pleasant and I enjoyed the short time I spent there. We travel a lot, this compares favorably with many of the resort hotels, I would stay there again when in that area and will try to check out other resident hotels in my travels. Thank you and the hotel for a pleasant and affordable weekend.”

• Access from highway was somewhat roundabout.

“Hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were in town for a concert at the Version Wireless Center in Noblesville, IN. The hotel is near the center and the staff provided a sheet with driving directions upon arrival. Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Grounds were nicely kept. Hotel breakfast was significantly better than typical hotel continental breakfast offerings.”

• Room was very spacious. Buffet breakfast was great!
• Minor. Many lights were burned out near the pool area.

“Not too far off the interstate, this was a great stop on our two-day trek home. Room was pretty spacious and the provision of a bag of popcorn and the microwave hit the spot for us weary travelers! The breakfast buffet was great- split a waffle with my daughter and had granola cereal with walnuts to boot!”

• I liked the size of the room.
• The queen size bed seemed like a full size bed.

“This hotel would be great for business or family travelers who are staying for a longer period of time. There is a kitchen in every room with a stove, full size fridge, microwave, sink with garbage disposal and dishes and pots and pans. Everything you would need and they will do your shopping for you!”
