• Room was very clean. Staff friendly.
• Breakfast buffet pricing not visible or noted in room or dining room.

“Overall I was very happy w/the cleanliness of the hotel. The lighting in the parking lot could've been a bit brighter. The hallway carpet could've been a little fresher- impression was that the room would be a little dingy as well, so I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay there again for the price, but not for much more than I paid.”

• The bed was very comfortable.

• No restaurant locations real near.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The beds were some of the best we have enjoyed. Very nice. We have stayed at this location prior to the rennovation and the renovation is very nice.”

• Beautiful view from the balcony.
• Breakfast buffet was expensive.

“It was a very nice comfortable room. I loved the mattress! My husband and I stayed in the room along with our 1, 7 and 12 year old children. Everyone was happy. The pool and whirlpool were much appreciated in the morning. Wonderful pool hours compared to others.”

• Clean and nice. One employee was very attentive and friendly.
• Breakfast was $9.95 for buffet. On second morning, much of the food was gone, had to wait for clean silverware, buffet was a mess. Not worth the price.

“This, overall, was a nice hotel in a quiet location. I am not sure I would stay there again, as I am accustomed to similar hotels with free breakfast. We paid more for a breakfast. Even on the first morning, we asked for apple juice and an employee told us the machine was broken. When I noticed other guests had apple juice, I asked another employee and he got us some.”

• It was perfect for us. We wanted to go to Conner Prairie and Forest Park. We did not have to travel downtown Indy. It was easy to find.
• Nothing bad to say at all.

“The room was nice, clean and the bathroom was well laid out. The hotel was close to a great deli. The location was easy to find, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have to travel downtown Indy which was a plus for us.”

• I liked the private patio off each room.
• Would have like a refrigerator and a table.

“Nicer than most motels for the money spent. Loved the private balcony available with each room. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which was much larger than other motels. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will most definitely return.”

• The room had a modern and updated look to it.
• The TV is in a poor location to watch from bed.

“This hotel mentioned the "ergonomic" chairs in the room, but they are far too short to work at the desk. I had to put a pillow on the chair to be able to use my laptop.”

• The beds were very comfortable. Better than my own bed!
• The maid hadn't vacuumed and their was food all over the floor.

• The internet connection in the room was easy. Good bed and bathroom facility.
• Charge for buffet. But, today, little is grattis.

“I do not get up early in the a.m. the note on the door worked for enjoying and uninterrupted morning. When I asked the staff to service the room later in the day, they were very accommodating and polite.”

• The staff went out of their way to find my daughter's diamond and pearl earrings she left behind. I appreciate the extra effort!
• The room was a bit small, but fine for our limited time there.

• Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.
• Parking due to construction but sometimes cannot be helped.

“My family reserved two rooms at this location and was pleased that the hotel staff was able to place us side by side with the requests we made. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and the children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the whirlpool. The location of this hotel was very central to everything we planned for our trip and in a "safe" area.”

• The place was very clean, neat and sharp.
• The breakfast gave the impression it was a complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't.

“Very nice. Suggestion: have a complimentary breakfast instead of charging a relatively high price for ala carte items and giving the impression (without saying) that it was included in the motel price.”

“I am truly sorry, but this was one of the worst hotel visits I have ever had. I was scheduled to stay for 3 nights, and I stayed for 1 night and left early and gave up my money. This is a terrible hotel with staff that was not friendly, beds that were horribly uncomfortable, and the television wouldn't work.”

• The room was comfortable and spacious, the lobby was inviting, and there was free internet in lobby and a guest laundry.
• I booked 2 hotel rooms at separate courtyards by Marriott. The hotel staff at my hotel was unprofessional and not helpful.

“The hotel itself was very nice! They had an onsite laundry w/complimentary soap but no change was kept at the front desk to use it nor was there a change maker in the laundry room.”

• Nice clean hotel. Nice pool and whirlpool area.
• No microwave in room that I was in or fridge. One microwave in lobby that I found of. Vending area just a Pepsi machine.

• The continental breakfast was additional.

“The staff was very courteous. We forgot to bring a few toiletries and they freely provided them. The location was right next to the 465 loop around Indianapolis so it was easy to find. The location of the TV in our room was kind of strange (on the desk - hid from the armoire. I also thought the breakfast was supposed to be included with the room but it was additional.”

• I loved having that many good pillows on the bed!
• With a king-size bed in the room, it made the room quite small.

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The indoor hot tub and pool were great. The breakfast buffet at $9.95 seemed a bit pricey, but we misunderstood that you could actually order off of a small menu.”

• Cold hallways, made coming from pool uncomfortable.

“The hotel is located conveniently from the interstate and worked well with the business I was in town to do. The carry out menu list of restaurants needs to be updated. The staff was good they helped. Enjoyed the ability to use computer in my room and had access in the entrance area of the hotel. Wake up call was right on time.”

• The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting.
• Breakfast prices were too high and they didn't keep the coffee supplies filled.

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and inviting. The decor and furniture seemed updated and it was nice to have both a bed and a couch in the room. We used the hot tub both nights, which was a wonderful way to end the day.”
