• Location was great for access to Conseco.
• I did not like the bed, it was to tall and hard to get in and out of.

• The location was in the heart of downtown and very easy to walk lots of places.
• The room was small, the bathroom was small, and all food way too expensive.

“The pool area was nice, the kids did enjoy that. The rooms were small, the fridges were stocked. Bathroom was small, and toilet did not flush well, but other than that, you could not have asked for a better location in the Downtown Indy area.”

• Good location for downtown events.
• Small rooms, motel atmosphere.

“The hotel was quaint and comfortable. Dining room was pleasant, however food preparation was poor. Short walking distance to downtown night life was a convenience. Other hotels in the same area offer the same conveniences with much nicer amenities.”

• Front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful.
• Internet service.

“Friendly staff, would not recommend for the business traveler that needs a high speed internet connection. Valet parking was somewhat expensive and not included. Overall not a bad stay for the price.”

“The Omni Severing is a nicely restored hotel. Well maintained and extremely clean with a staff that excels at customer service. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small, not leaving much room for any room to stretch out.”

• Connected to Circle Centre Mall.
• Beds were not comfortable.

“Hotel was very nice and upscale. Good location close to Downtown attractions, but parking was difficult; valet parking cost $25 per day. Was disappointed there was no continental breakfast, but they did give our son a kid's pack with toys/snacks and a free USA Today in the morning.”

• Omni Severing was a luxurious hotel with a friendly, courteous staff.
• Valet parking was the only option for parking.

• Absolute best location for downtown.
• Room was much too small - not big enough for 2.

“We liked everything about the place except for the fact that the room was so small, there was no way two people could move around in the room. Ditto for the bathroom - no lid on the toilet, no counter space, always the fear that something would fall off the counter into the toilet!”

• The woman at the front desk was excellent - great room.
• Location was a bit hard to find.

“The woman who checked me in was exemplary. I've stayed at good hotels before and have felt that the staff looked down on me - this was not the case at the Omni. Excellent experience, overall.”

• Incredibly overpriced drinks/snacks.

“My only complaint with the hotel would be the incredibly overpriced drinks/snacks. $3.50 for a soda is unreasonable. Otherwise, it exceeded all of my expectations.”

“This is a great hotel located in downtown Indianapolis. It's convenient to several restaurants and activities including Circle Centre mall, which is connected to the Omni. Wonderful staff, spacious room, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!”

• Nice atmosphere in main lobby area. If I had not been with kids, this would be a very romantic getaway type hotel.
• Finding the pool area required Indiana Jones type explorer skills.

“Overall this is a very nice hotel. The Ambiance is terrific, and yet not too Beverly Hills in it's accommodating our hard working middle-classiness!”

“The hotel was very conveniently located to all downtown attractions and restaurants. The rooms, facilities, and restaurants appeared to be very upscale. It was a beautiful hotel and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• You need to pay to use their computer!

“This hotel was a joke! The Hyatt Place puts this to shame. The Hyatt Place is a 2.5 star hotel and they give you better service and a 42"plasma to boot!”

• Location was great, lobby was beautiful.
• Room was typical, heating/cooling system very loud, woke me up throughout the night.

“The hotel lobby was beautiful. The pool area did not have a hot tub, disappointing. The room we stayed in was not a 4 star room, very typical hotel room. No exhaust vent in bathroom. Bed was very nice, down comforters and pillows. The heating/cooling system was very loud and would wake me up through the night when it kicked on. The location of this hotel was fantastic. Valet staff very helpful and friendly. Check-out staff not friendly.”

• The lobby is beautiful.
• No on-site parking/room extremely small & common. Doesn't compare to Hilton Indianapolis, 120 W Market.

“How is a 4 Star rating given? This is nowhere nearly as nice as the Hilton. The bed only had 2 pillows, was cramped and was disappointing.”

• Hotel was clean, very friendly staff, location good.
• Bathroom needed minor repairs. On upper level floor you could hear nightlife, parking expensive.

“This was a very nice hotel. Great location if you want to be downtown. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was expensive in regards to food. Cons: Parking. Nowhere to park so you pretty much had to use valet which is additional to rates.”

• The location was excellent.
• They left cookies for the kids but didn't tell us. They were complimentary so we weren't sure if we'd be charged or what they cost.

“The hotel was wonderful. The location was superb! We were able to walk a very short distance to the Circle Center Mall and enjoy shopping and great restaurants without ever stepping outside. The hotel room had plenty of space for my young children to play.”
