• nice rooms, clean, very nice complimentary breakfast
• just wish the vanity was in the bathroom, so as not to disturb rest of family

• My suite was clean, comfortable and attractive; the bed was comfortable
• The orange juice could be better

• The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and they have a great breakfast.

• Found beer bottles in elevator - children running down the halls.

• Breakfast selection was good. Staff were all very friendly.
• The work out room was weak. (There was a gym avaiable, but it was a drive away).

• The location was great close to the school and easy to find
• Construction work on the vending area on my floor

“Well worth the accepted bid and probably more! The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the accommodations were fantastic. Pool was out of service which wasn't a problem, though it would have been nice to use it! Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; the staff even gave me a few stamps (I offered to pay them) so that I could get some mail out that morning! Very nice, I'd go back again.”

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations when I learned it was a 2 star. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and the continental breakfast was beyond what most offer for a meal of that type.”

“Our trip was due to a family emergency. Springhill Suites of Mishawaka and their entire staff can really be proud of themselves. They were wonderful to our entire family. I would heartily recommend them and can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. A +”
