• My dogs can travel with me.
• No negatives if you know that there is no amenities.

“I was always impressed with the cleanliness, clean white sheets and towels and have Never had a problem, and I'm one who cannot stand seeing a hair on the bathroom floor. The buildings are older and you don't have any of the amenities that higher priced hotels have, but you are paying for a simple place to stay and the only criteria I have on a two day trip is cleanliness, a place to lay down and a bathroom to bathe in. We wash our dishes and actually have learned what we need to pack for the two days. We stay there 4-5 times a year. This is definitely not a dump as some people are trying to say. Now, if you really want a dump, try the Howard Johnson's in Daytona Florida or any Howard Johnson's for that matter. Now that's dirty!”

“Room was not clean or modernized. We arrived late - about 11:00 pm and had to wake the desk clerk to get our room key. I've stayed in several two-star hotels - Hampton Inns, Comfort Inns, Holiday Inn Express. This place in no way compared to them. I would probably rate this place a negative five star.”

• The 2 stays we had before the rooms were nicer, the furniture wasn't all beat up torn, the bed spreads were dirty.
• Not enough towels at first, we had to pay extra for my grand daughter, and they did not have towels for her, but she gave us more.

“I enjoyed the first two times we stayed there, also recommend it to other family and friends, but this time we had the room was not too nice, hope that they will upgrade the furniture in some rooms especially the one we had on the 1st floor, need door strips bugs was coming in the room, and the spread was dirty, not good with these unknown virus going around, coffee spilled on the table and dirt be hind the bath door, the kitchen is nice I liked that.”

• Well I had to pay extra for two beds in through I had double beds.

• It was very old and need an upgrade.

“The first room they put me in was on the 1st floor. I do not like being on the first floor but I gave it a try. When I walked into the room it was like I walked into a military barrack. The floor was half carpet and half 30 year ago tile, they have a 19' TV in the room, when I sat on the bed it made this terrible sound..”

• The price and location were about correct for the service provided.
• My phone did not work and there were a few dead bugs in the unit.

“There was a small problem with getting the room on the first night. The night staff resolved the problem and had me in a room fairly quickly. My phone did not work as stated above, but it was not connected. When I connected it all I got was a busy signal. I was later told at check-out that the phone must be turned on at the desk. I guess I will know next time.”

• Simi dirty, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom sink did not work at all.

“The bed was very hard and the bedding was very old. It was a non smoking room with a hint of cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink faucet would not produce water, with the valves turned on. Overall, I would stay again only because it's price.”

• Noise, filth, exposed wires, check in staff was horrible, lack of management.

“This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We walked into a non smoking room that had obviously been smoked in. We could live with that. What we didn't expect to live with were: a party on the floor above us that lasted from 12:30 - 3:30 am, complete with a fist fight, cursing, and loud music. A rotating billboard directly outside our room that made loud clicking noises at 10 second intervals all night. General disrepair, including pictures that were taped together with masking tape, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, a running toilet, exposed wires from a removed smoke alarm and to add insult to injury, they only had decaf coffee available!”

• The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, small TV.

“The room was what I needed for business travel. Internet access was good, room was very clean, staff was great. The only down side I found was the TV was very small and the bed extra too firm. Otherwise, everything was great for business.”

“The room wasn't very clean and there were bugs in the room. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We did not rest at all. The students who were traveling with us were fighting who was going to sleep in the floor because it was more comfortable.”

• Clean neat and the staff wonderful. 1 thing didn't like noisy neighbors outside walls to thin and I had to pay for the internet.

• The staff was very friendly and attentive.
• Location to the area I was visiting (over 10 miles away).

“The location was not great. Had to travel a long distance from where we were visiting in the city to the hotel. I had to have the staff to put my husband and I into a second room because the first room smelled strongly of smoke and the television was broken. No amenities (pool/spa). Housekeeping did not clean the room because we were there only two (2) nights. The only good thing was that the staff was nice.”

• Plenty of parking spaces to choose from.
• Office closes at 11 p.m. and the after hours manager is not always available.

“Stopped by and stayed the night on a business trip. Got there a little after 11 p.m. and had to wait outside while trying to call the after hours manager. After I was able to get him on the phone, he came down and gave me the keys to the room. Checking out was quick and easy, just dropped the key off at the front office.”

• I liked that it had a full size frig, and a stove top & micro.
• The fridge wasnt turned on. Had just one bed.

“The kitchen area was great; the only problem was not enough dishes. The refrigerator had to be turned on, and it took a couple of hours to cool down. It wouldn't have bothered me, except that we had milk to put in there for our 3 year old. This was the first hotel that I've stayed in that had only one bed in the room. It was a queen, and we are used to a king. And then, we had the added 3 year old to squeeze in between us!”

“It was full of the hard hat types that were up cooking at five in the morning, outside smoking and drinking all hours of the night. You couldn't get a night's rest here if you were in a coma.”

“This is a good value hotel and it is in a good location relative to major highways. There were some small unfavorable qualities to the hotel, but they can be expected from such a star rating and price. There was some trash in the outdoor walkways and the door to our room did not open or close easily. But for someone wanting to stay here, the price of the hotel definitely makes up for small imperfections.”
