• I loved the bird. We talked to her everyday.
• 1st room was not clean.

“I mostly liked this hotel. Our first room was not clean, so that sort of sticks in my mind, but they moved us to a new clean room which was very nice.”

• The staff was excellent.
• TV didn't work, but the staff fixed it right away.

• 2 room suite & balcony.
• Noise from neighbor.

“Just what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites property. You can go anywhere in the world and expect the same superior level of service and comfort! The bed was more comfortable than home and their were 5 pillows on the bed, ample bath towels and, of course, the made-to-order breakfast.”

• I like the looks of the hotel and the excellent breakfast.
• The bath room was leaking.

• Room leaked so badly. Baggage and cloths on floor soaked.

“You need to fix your leaking? Buckets catching water and wet rooms are not return customer draws.”

• Large rooms, very nice complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast.
• No free wireless internet.

“This hotel was more then expected the rooms were large and nicely decorated. The pool was warm and beautiful. A complimentary cocktail hour was not expected but very much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was much more then expected it included cook to order omelets, eggs, and pancakes along with a variety of other choices.”

• It looked beautiful, from the outside.
• The construction noise and dust. I would not have stayed here, had I known.

• Excellent cooked to order breakfasts & manager's reception at night.
• Remodeling going on - water turned off, room not ready at check in.

“Very spacious, nice accommodations. Excellent cooked to order breakfasts and friendly staff. We arrived during remodeling and had some inconveniences due to that - but all in all, a wonderful stay.”

• I liked the atrium.
• Half of the hotel was being renovated. No parking.

• I really liked the idea of two separate rooms with a door in between.
• The slow elevators.

“The Embassy Suites in Indy was beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. It was family friendly, yet romantic. The breakfast was delicious and the room very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer!”

• The atmosphere was relaxing and the architect structure of the inside building and see through elevators gave it a nice feeling as well.
• The only thing I didn't like was our balcony. It was too narrow and was made out of too much concrete.

“The hotel lobby was very nice and the central part of the hotel including the waterfall and the parrot was very nice. I liked that the front desk attendant called my room later to see how me and my husband liked our room. It was a relaxing experience. It was too bad we didn't get to stay a few more days longer.”

• Big rooms, sitting room, typical embassy suites.
• Breakfast buffet poorly located, not enough tables, some food cold.
