“My friend had to catch an early flight at Indy, so we went up there the night before and stayed at Amerisuits. The place is so great! The staff is super friendly, and they offer free breakfast, which was really amazing. I give this hotel A plus without hesitation.”

• They were willing to give us a suite w/ a king size bed. The breakfast is the best complimentary one that we have ever eaten.
• I thought the rooms were a little sterile. The lighting was very low and difficult to read by.

“My wife and I thought this was a good overnight hotel. The room was a good size; although the lighting was too low. It would have been better to have had brighter lighting. The complimentary breakfast was very good.”

• Updated facility, nice clean rooms, lobby & dining area well decorated, loved the waffles for breakfast.
• The scrambled eggs & sausage were dry & cold.

“Desk employees were courteous & helpful. Hotel lobby area is clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast offers something for everyone, especially if you like waffles. Popcorn and coffee are always available. Elevators & hallways are clean. Rooms are very nice. The King suite has a small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, & dining table. There is also a work desk with a comfortable desk chair and a comfy reading chair with lamp. Sink is separate from the tub & shower. Temperature was hard to regulate and heater was noisy when it kicked on. Overall, a very nice place to stay.”

• Unclean room. Bottle caps on floor, soap/shampoo in shower from previous guest.

• Wonderful breakfast buffet and I do mean buffet.
• Nothing except our room heater swanked.

“It was a wonderful experience. Everything was awesome. I could not believe the breakfast buffet. So many choices, with that many choices there needed to be more room. Overall, A++.”

• Easy check in. Beautiful lobby. Coffee and snacks 24/7. Wonderful breakfast buffet included.
• Called the lobby desk after listening to teens run up and down the halls for 1 hour. It took 2 hrs for them to stop.

“This hotel was centrally located. Check in a breeze. Was not able to secure non smoking rooms so make reservations ahead of time to ensure this. Breakfast bar included.”

• I like that the sleeping and the sitting area are separate.
• we had no regular coffee, you have to pay 20 some dollars for internet connection.

“All in all it was a very nice stay. Perfect for the price we got. I did not like it that there was a 20 dollar fee for internet connection since I needed a map.”

• The hot breakfast buffet and the evening snacks and the kitchenette.
• No indoor pool.

“This hotel is incredibly convenient for travel around the airport. It has a convenient store directly across the street and all of the rooms are mini suites with a kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink and microwave. This room was very convenient for my family. There is a hot breakfast served free daily in the lobby and the rooms are immaculate. Great place to stay.”

• Breakfast was a great value, location was perfect for my needs, Free Wifi.
• No indoor pool, option for one King bed wasn't available.

“The hotel was exactly as promised and I got a rate that was amazing. The staff was helpful and cheerful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a fire alarm the first night of my stay, but I'm sure it was nothing the hotel could control.”

• Housekeeping was not very good, room was dusty and getting them into the room to change towels was a daily problem!

“The room was nothing like any AmeriSuite I have stayed before. Very dark phone by bed did not work. I requested non-smoking room and this was suppose to be non-smoking but someone prior had smoked in room and the smell still there. Breakfast area very limited and food cold even the eggs.”

“I stay at the America suites quite often for its convenient location, excellent value, and nicely decorated and well kept suites. The only problem I continue having with this hotel is the very poor wireless internet signal. I am in the computer business and internet access is always an important feature for me. They definitely need to look in to the problem as the signal is different from room to room.”

“Staff was pleasant. I needed an electrical extension for my husband's medical equipment. Maintenance had gone home for the day. Front desk tried to help, but could not.Breakfast buffet very appetizing, clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.”

• Small nicely decorated, well kept suite met my needs perfectly
• Wireless internet access was terrible. It kept losing signal or would be unavailible. no wired network offered

“The hotel was in a convenient location. It is nicely decorated and very well kept. My very late check-in and late check-out was no problem. The only thing that kept this stay from being an almost perfect one was the terrible internet access. The hotels wireless network signal varied from none at all to poor at best. I depend on a fast, reliable internet connection for work. The access here was very disappointing.”
