• Clean and quiet.
• Nothing above average.

“Average, clean, quiet property. Nothing posh about it. Cheap bedding and towels and big box TVs. Small rooms and bathrooms.”

• The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
• It'd to be nice if there were more restaurants close to the hotel.

“The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room even had a sliding glass door to the courtyard with furniture. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The constent noise from the airplanes landing and taking off.

“It was storming very bad while my daughter and I were in Indy. My daughter fell while running back into the hotel. The staff saw her fall and assisted in cleaning her wounds and helped to bandage her up.”

• Short walking distance to elevators.
• Found small ants in the room.

“Room was nice, but found small ants in the room. Good selection of TV channels including HBO. Room also had a microwave and fridge which came in handy.”

• Convenient to airport.
• The roads are a maze! Hotel is difficult to find.

“The Courtyard Marriott Airport is a very nice hotel located conveniently to the airport. Finding it is difficult due to the maze of roads that intersect nearby. However, the new Indianapolis Airport is due to open any day. Hopefully, that will enable planners to reroute some of the roads.”

• Staff was intelligent, friendly, helpful, and presentable.
• Foam mattress is not my ideal sleeping surface.

“Hotel is directly off the major highway but far enough away that traffic noise was never a problem. Room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Staff was exceptional, courteous and intelligent and helpful.”

• The rooms were decorated well and comfortable.
• There were no decent restaurants located close by the hotel.

“The hotel was great, but the restaurant selection was lacking. You can only order room service Monday through Friday, so if you are there over a weekend you have to drive to find something to eat. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Very clean, nicely decorated...shuttle service
• Front desk messed up check-in. Guest given our room and walked in on us. No apologies from staff said, "It happens!" No restaurant on weekends.

• Nice pool
• No restaurants close by.

“Consistent quality is why I like to stay at Courtyard by Mariott. Rooms were well kept and the staff was courteous and friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay extra if we wanted to get double beds instead of a king. This style hotel is what I feel most comfortable in. Not the Ritz, but not a no-tell motel either.”

• 24 Hour Restaurants close by, Gas Station Close
• Sound of the airplanes at night

“We weren't in the hotel much since we were there for a concert. However, it was very nice and the girl at night gave us excellent directions to a restaurant just a few blocks away.”

“Solid experience overall. I would return to this hotel. A little disappointed that the breakfast was not included. Cleanliness and facilities were standard for a Courtyard hotel. Complimentary Internet access is always appreciated.”

• very clean and nicely renovated, extremely friendly front desk staff, excellent mattress
• the hair dryer was not attached to the wall, which was inconvenient

• I needed to get to the airport before their service started in the morning, they made a special trip for me and my 11 year old.
• They didn't have any contential breakfast available.

• I liked the comfort of the rooms, the swimming pool, and the nice, quiet, location of the hotel.
• Continental breakfast was not provided and I usually pick hotels with this accomodation.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The majority staff were kind and helpful. (I had a small problem with one of the front desk personnel, but her coworker stepped in and improved the situation for my family. I would encourage anyone to stay here. It was quiet, comfortable, and reasonable. Also, there is a 24hr Denny's and gas station less than 2 minutes away; very convenient.”

• Asthmatic and breathe at night through a water filtered CPap unit. For the water to be as clean as when it was put is the ultimate test for clean!

“I would rate it this hotel at the highest possible rating from staff to friendliness to courtesy to cleanliness. As stated above the ultimate test of cleanliness is the air I breathe which is filtered through water in my c-pap unit and for it to be as clean as when put in the morning says it all. Many hotel's even clean non-smoking rooms this isn't the case. Some times in the morning the water is dingy and at times even yellowish brown in color. So it is with complete honesty I rate the Marriott Courtyard (Airport) Indianapolis, IN with the highest rating possible!”

• I couldn't find a map to show where the ice machine was.

• It was very nice, it felt secure, clean, I don't think we could have had any better place to stay!!!
• It was a tad bit confusing to find, once found, it was very easy to get to.

“This hotel was way above my expectations. We were extremely satisfied. The staff was excellent. One thing I especially enjoyed was seeing where they all came from! On their name tags under their name, it lists where the were originally from. I found this very interesting. The only thing I would say could have made our stay even better is if they included breakfast with the room price.”

• Clean and spacious lobby and very clean and nicely appointed rooms
• They charge $8 for a breakfast that is not much better than the free ones you get at most hotels

“This hotel was convenient and exceeded my expectations for the rating it received. It does not have a free continental breakfast which a lot of business class hotels offer, but other than that, I have nothing negative to say about it.”

“The rooms were small, staff was friendly but the shuttle van to the airport (the reason why I stayed at the airport) didn't start running to the airport until 5AM. Also, it stopped at a different locations to pick up passengers. My plane left at 6 AM. I was lucky that a friend was able to drop me off at 4:30. Even with this earlier time I just about made the plane. I would not have made my plane if I had taken the Van.”

“The hotel was located right near the airport and very convenient for a 7:10 AM flight. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was very helpful when I was trying to find a store to replace a watch battery. The staff offered to shuttle me to the store and looked up the number for me so that I could call the store to make sure that they did battery replacement before I made the trip. Very helpful. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers.”
