• Breakfast bar was very good.
• Dirty bathroom with no soap & half-used shampoo bottle; paper coffee cup with long black hairs in it.

“Although the reception desk and breakfast bar personnel were very competent, the uncleanliness of the room was a real turn-off. I would not stay here again.”

• Breakfast spot was nice.
• Poor service to room. No light bulb replaced the full three days. Unreal.

“Very poor management. No soap. dirty room. Did not replace burned out light bulbs the full three day stay. Very disappointed!”

• Great breakfast.
• Some mildew in shower grout.

“This is no longer a Hampton Inn, it is a Ramada Inn (and has been for 2 years), so don't be confused (like we and our GPS were). When you show up and can't find the Hampton. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows left something to be desired) and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety from which to choose. It was a good value for the price and we would stay there again.”

• Conveniently located, and updated rooms.
• Thin walls, too noisy.

“Typical airport hotel. Clean, updated rooms. Being located near the airport, it can get noisy with aircraft taking off and people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Adequate parking and offers their own airport shuttle. Good easy highway links to downtown and Speedway. Continental breakfast typical of other low 2 stars.”

• Hotel is close to Indy airport and easy to access.

“Staff was courteous and attentive. Because I arrived late at night and was tired, I appreciated their offers for a wake-up call, shuttle to the airport, breakfast schedule, etc. The room was quiet and exceptionally clean. Though my stay was brief, I was very pleased with all aspects of their service and would stay there again.”

• Key did not work on second day. Had to go back to front desk.

• This strong-two-star hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.
• Plastic drinking cups in the room are tacky, but not unexpected for a two-star hotel.

“I was very pleased with my stay here. The bedding was basic, but comfortable. The location was near the airport but without jet-blast noise and the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the airport, so an otherwise $8 taxi ride was unnecessary. The rooms were nicely decorated, the staff polite and helpful, the grounds well-kept and the free breakfast was splendid, including fruit, hot entrees, juices, breads and good coffee. This was my first stay in this hotel chain and it was a very positive experience. I'd definitely consider booking this hotel again, directly.”

• The internet off the breakfast area was welcomed to check e-mail and print boarding pass.
• No pool.

“While the view from the outside doesn't look like your typical Hampton Inn the view from the inside meets all your expectations from The Hampton name. Since I was traveling alone on this trip the lack of an indoor pool did not matter. ”

• It was convenient and made our early morning travel to the airport very easy.
• The hallways, elevator and elevator area was in need of some sprucing up.

• I loved the personal service I received. Newspaper and breakfast in the morning. A call to check that everything was okay with room that night

• It was clean, huge room, the staff was very helpful. I felt very secure there
• The only complain I can think of is the single serve coffee maker.. I drink alot of coffee.

“It was very clean, lovely grounds. Although the interstate was right behind my room, I didn't hear it, or other guests of the motel. I enjoyed the free hot breakfast, it was well prepared and alot of variety. I would have liked to have had a sausage patty or bacon, but I might have gotten there to late.”

• No pool, and not a lot of cable stations

“Hampton Inn is known for exceptional quality, and this one is no exception. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast one of the best I've had. It would be perfect if they added a pool, and a few more kid-friendly cable stations [like Nickelodeon, Sci-Fi, and Disney.][But then, if it were perfect, it would be booked solid and I could never get a room!]”

• The location in proximity to the airport
• The loud party next door until after 1:30 a.m.

“My wife and I had a 6 a.m. flight so elected to stay at the inn rather than leave home at 3 a.m. to make the drive to the airport. The motel was nice and the staff were very friendly. But a loud party in the next room kept us awake until after 1:30 a.m. when I complained to the motel management. Things got quiet after that.”

• This is the best hotel yet
• There was NOTHING I didn't like about this hotel.

“Hotel is convenient to Airport with 24hr hotel shuttle. GREAT breakfast buffet, kept clean and well stocked up until ending time of 10am. They don't rush you out either. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and up todate decore. Just a great hotel.”

“The only negative thing was that the TV was not working so I had to change rooms after I had moved my things into the room. But the hotel staff took very prompt action on this and took care of it to my satisfaction very quickly.”
