“Very scary experience for my family and me. We did not feel safe here at all and the hotel was generally dirty.”

• Absolutely nothing horrible!
• I hated everything about the hotel.

“The hotel was awful. It is simply not fit for anyone. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have and left immediately. Please do not allow anyone to reserve a room at the hotel with out giving them the opportunity to get a refund. How could you be expected to enjoy your stay at a place like that. Please maintain your reputation and not allow such a tragedy to take place with another family.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel - it was not in the location I requested.

“This hotel in the Montgomery East area, which it was not. It was located in where promised. This hotel is in a high-crime, and high-gang area. It is not fit for normal traveler habitation. ”
