• The staff was all very nice.
• The rooms were tiny! We asked for queen size beds but the hotel only had full size beds.

“The staff was excellent! Very nice. The rooms were very small. Not recommended for more than 3 people.”

• The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot.
• They did not have an elevator and the location was far away from attractions compare to other hotels.

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. I, especially, love the friendly staff. They made sure to greet us upon our arrival and departure. They also helped us when we needed to find nearby actions. I didn't particularly care for the distance and the fact there was no elevator. The rooms were good for a small simple vacation but I wouldn't recommend it to large families.”

• Smoking area located near the side entrance.

“As a solo business traveler - it provided what I needed (affordable, convenient and practical). I would not stay with family for a vacation due to the distance from the beach.”

• There was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.

“It was incredibly overpriced for the amenities, or lack thereof, provided by the hotel, especially considering the inconvenience of proximity to the beach.”

• It exceded my expecations. It was very nice and clean. The room was very nice and seemed newly renovated.

“The free breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Destin.”

• Close too many restaurants, stores and the beach.

“Comfortable. More suitable for a short stay, 3 days or less. Clean. Hospitable. Simple continental breakfast. Excellent location for a variety of activities. Overall a nice hotel for a weekend gets away on a moderate budget.”

• The location of the hotel was perfect. We were only 5 minutes from everything in Sandestin. It was wonderful.
• The rooms were small but a great value.

“Overall this hotel was a great for my family. You are located 5 minutes from the beach. The outlet mall is right across the street. There are places to eat within walking distance. If you have kids it is ideal cause you save money and get the same experience that the guy that spends 300 a night gets.”

• It was located across the road from the outlet mall.
• It was a little hard to access from the opposite side of the road.

“The room was clean and had enough space for the weekend that we were there. We liked the location being right across from the outlet mall.”
