• Impressive lobby. Breakfast in restaurant.
• English not first language; no extra blankets, rollaway; flies on breakfast food.

“This hotel has an impressive lobby, but the rooms are only adequate, much of the help not helpful or English speaking, and the breakfast buffet offers a lot of flies, even though the food is mostly hot and the help personal.”

• Lobby was very nice. Room was clean. Had fridge and microwave.
• We stayed in a room with a loveseat which definitely needed replacing.

• Needs a good cleaning throughout.

“A place to put your head for a nights sleep but you get what you pay for. The extra that we got was 2 nests of sparrows in the AC/heating unit that started their day off at 4:30 AM, no need for a wake up call with little ones chirping for food.”

• Rundown.

“Hallways locked was my first clue this may not be a safe hotel. Then when the ladies in black leather halter top and tattoos showed up my fears were confirmed. I had 3 teenage girls in the group and I was concerned about their safety. We stayed away from the hotel as much as possible returning only to sleep. The pool was not opened and didn't look like it would be open any time soon. The hot breakfast was very disappointing.”

• It was clean and roomy.
• Our room was on second floor on a night when only 5 parties were staying there- very inconvenient with a toddler!

• The room itself was nice and clean.
• The stairway could be cleaner and they could get an elevator for the 2nd floor.

“The hotel was nice; the only thing is they need an elevator. I know it only has two levels, but it still should have an elevator for guess, dragging luggage up steps is not fun.”

• The rooms were nice and clean. Their renovations were well done.
• The halls smelled like smoke and that entered into the room and there was no fridge in the room as listed on the description.

“The renovations done at the Ramada made the room very appealing. It was quite a nice experience to stay there. The location is nice and they have a pool and restaurant bar on the property so the parking lot is full. Only thing that did not meet our standards was the non-smoking. Unfortunately, there was smoke in the hallways and that traveled around and could be smelled in the room. We understand that it is difficult to control the actions of guests in the rooms at times, but it's not fair to a guest to expect a smokeless room and still smell smoking.”

• Nice big rooms, friendly, clean and nice pool.
• On the 4th the restaurant manager left 1 waitress and 1 cook. It was busy, sat 40 minutes not waited on.

“Overall, a great place to stay. Manager of restaurant was not too smart. Food was good. Everything was clean, everyone friendly. Would go back.”

• It was convenient from I-65. Staff was nice.
• It was under renovations, but still looked like a dump. Mold on the bathroom walls made it unhealthy.

“The hotel was cheap and only for one night as we passed through Bowling Green. It was not as clean as I would expect and there was mold on the bathroom walls which caused me breathing trouble. Also, if our room had already undergone renovations, they need to rethink the tacky mismatched wallpaper border.”

• The restaurant had great service and good food.
• They have no elevators.

“Check-in was quick and easy. You had to have 2 keys to enter the building one for the outside door and one for your room. They have the computerized card keys, so why not invest and put them on the outside doors also. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really a wholesome meal. ”

• I was satisfied with everything .

“We were up there for the 12th anniversary corvette convention, and even though they're remodeling the hotel, our room was great! and the staff was so nice, and a joy to talk to. I will stay here again when I come back through the area.”

• I like the convince of the hotel to the sight-seeing that I was attending. I especially like the fact that the small children had a place to swim.
• No comment on that subject at this time.

• The room was very clean, sheets, bathroom, carpet all clean.
• Building is in extremely rundown condition. Curtains are rotting, fixtures old and leaking.

“This building is so rundown outside that we did not want to stay. The room itself was clean in the extreme, however, everything was very old in the room too, but clean. Ironing board cover and iron were nice and in good shape, so was the built in hair dryer. But everything else was old.”

• The swimming pool was the only thing good about the stay!
• Run down, room smelled, building not secure, locks broken.

“Overall poor experience. The hotel is in great need of remodeling. For the price not worth a dime of it. Not a secure facility. locks to building were broken and entry room doors would not latch properly. Only good thing found was outdoor swimming pool was clean. Other than that, stay away.”

“We were just looking for a place to stay for one night. Rooms were clean and staff seemed friendly. It was obvious this was an older hotel and needed some sprucing up.”

• The room had a bad odor.

“This hotel was NOT as described! The listing said that it was recently remodeled... if they considered 20 years ago recent, maybe. The hotel was dirty, the room had a strong odor and was not worth even $20 to stay in overnight. I was strongly disappointed in the quality and price of this hotel. Please remove this Ramada location from your listings, as it is not worth staying in. I am angry and feel misled about this hotel.”

“The hotel is situated near I65 which makes it handy in many ways. The room was clean, but was also in need of repair. The restaurant food was mediocre at best. The area was a bit noisy, but the bed was very comfortable which provided a restful nights sleep.”

“This was my worst overall experience. Hotel appeared run down almost seedy, room carpeting was worn and torn, exterior door latches did not work without effort.”
