  • Nothing.
  • The hotel beds were infested with bedbugs, needless to say we did not sleep.

“The hotel was very unclean, beds infested with bedbugs, continental breakfast consisted of a donut and a cup of coffee. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was very unhappy with my whole experience!”

  • I did not like any thing about the hotel.
  • The hotel was poorly cleaned, smelled badly, and the carpet in the room was so nasty that the thought of walking on it just made my skin crawl.

“The room we stayed at smelled, the carpet was dirty, one could only hope that the sheets on the beds were clean. We had asked for a crib for our baby and instead we were offered a dirty nasty raggedy pally pen. We have had better experiences at Super 8 Motel. We kind of just reminded ourselves that we were there for only a few days. The owners of this establishment might as well as rent the rooms by the hour, quite frankly a bordello would have been more accommodating.”

  • When we canceled our room because the hotel was a dump, there hasn't been a charge on my credit card so far.
  • See below.

“The entire facility was filthy. Our 2 rooms were filthy, with food and streaks of brown matter running down the walls. The lampshades were stained. The security locks were broken. The wiring was iffy with the lights flickering when you flipped the switch. The carpet was stained through the building. The alternative room that the manager offered us was just as bad. The pool fence was next to a cattle field with animals grazing nearby. After traveling 8 hours from Pittsburgh, we booked our own rooms at Super 8 motel in Franklin. ”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • Inexpensive; outside was well lit.
  • Extreme build up of dust on the air conditioner; smoke alarm had no battery; hole in wall; strong odor.

“This motel is more for men who need an inexpensive place to stay and who are concerned only about having a place to sleep and clean up. It would be ideal for construction workers or truckers who are not picky. It is not what I would recommend for women or families because of the lack of cleanliness, the odor, and the dark hallways.”

  • The location.
  • The staff was very rude, inappropriate phone calls made to my room by someone sounding like the staff.

“I did not enjoy my stay the staff was very rude I got very inappropriate phone calls in my room, so I called the front desk and it sounded just like the inappropriate caller...... I will never recommend someone to stay there it was a ripe off that I should not of had to pay for.... I was not able to get any sleep, every hotel front desk has an entry key to every room that is why there are locks on the doors........but not on this one... after the phone calls I was to scared to sleep due to our room not having a lock and the front desk having a key.. because of the voices sounding just alike....”
