“All in all, for the money, a very nice hotel for one or two nights. The room could have been a bit larger, but for an overnight stay, it was fine.”

• The staff was friendly and the parking was close to the entrances.
• The breakfast room was too crowded and they needed more waffle makers as they only had one and that was the extent of their hot meal.

“Although the electricity in the city went out they kept their cool. Except for the breakfast nook not being big enough to handle the crowds it was a nice clean well kept small hotel.”

• Extremely comfortable beds, very clean rooms.
• Non Smoking.

“I enjoyed my stay. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Staff was very young, but still helpful. Fitness room wasn't the greatest. Pool was nice to cool off in the summer heat.”

• We were told at the desk could not request 2 double beds.

“It was convenient to interstate and clean, should have been able to request a room type, as far as beds.”

• Close to the highway and restaurants, good service.
• The only problem I had was the original room that we were given the toilet was not working and we had to move to another room down the hallway.

“Other than the toilet not working and having to move to another room at 9 pm it was a nice hotel with friendly service and a nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Our family had a nice stay.”

• The beds were clean and very comfortable.
• The pool on the first day was dirty.

“The hotel was a little dated but everyone was very nice. The complimentary breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. One of the questions on your web sight needs to ask how many beds if they are not going to upgrade. Thank you for the deal when gas is so high it makes traveling with a family hard.”

• The room was clean and inviting with fluffy pillows and linens.
• The bathroom desperately needs updating to be at the same level as the rest of the room.

“The staff was friendly and helpful and eager to assist us when we asked questions. The fresh-baked cookies were a splendid touch, by the way! Our room was clean and inviting and was decorated in modern colors (greens, reds, and tans). The free breakfast was great but the dining area was crowded and full during all breakfast hours. Overall, this is a great hotel for the money.”

• They use something like duvet coverlets over the bedding, that they wash with the sheets, so you know it is all so clean!
• They did not have mini refrigerators in the room, but it wasn't so bad.

“This hotel was so clean that I felt very comfortable. I did not have to peel back the comforter that everyone else uses too without being washed, because they wash the cover! It sounds silly but that was awesome. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!”

• No extra pillows even though there were vacant rooms where pillows could have been borrowed.

• Clean and the rooms were comfortable.
• Three of our party is smokers and the facility is smoke free.

“Everyone enjoyed the stay it was comfortable and a quiet atmosphere. The only dislike was the fact we did have smokers in our party.”

• The beds and pillows were excellent!
• This hotel was completely non smoking. I had to go outside to smoke. It was freezing!

“The hotel was nice and clean. The beds and bedding were new and somewhat fancy. I would have preferred to know in advance that smoking was not allowed, as I would not have stayed there.”

• Decent breakfast, friendly staff, cookies at front desk..
• Room next door (rooms accessed from outside) were watching TV with their chair half outside, half inside. The must have needed the fresh air.

“Located in a very nice and convenient area. Serves breakfast from 5-10am. Everything was nice but I had an internet connection problem. I would still recommend it to everyone.”

• Convenient, clean, accommodated request of 2 beds & non-smoking.
• All good.

“This hotel is convenient to the interstate. Made a reservation the same day of stay with no problem. We needed two rooms and they changed our reservation so that we had 2 beds in each room. Clean and safe for travelers like us. We were 3 adults and 6 children. Continental breakfast helped us save even more money.”

• It was like an economical lodge renovated very blah.

• The continental breakfast is excellent. The night clerk was very polite.
• The room was very humid and had a terrible night sleeping.

“We didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. The night clerk was very polite. We went to the room and the carpet felt damp. We immediately got dressed and went to bed. The bed was damp, sheets, blanket and bedspread. Im sure the air had been off since the last person stayed there, but was a miserable night. I've never had anything like that to happen to us before.”

• Fire Hazzard on second floor

“When you get out of the elevator on the second floor, both exit signs to the left of the elevator alcove point to a sleeping room NOT to an exit. I am suprised that the fire department has not challenged this. I mentioned it to my wife and a lady walking by said she had the same problem when looking for a stairwell !!!! Someone needs to tell Fairfield to fix this !!!!!”

• With a very late arrival, we were still greeted politely.
• Breakfast was over at 9:00 AM. We need a 10:00 AM deadline.
