• Convenient location, very good parking, nice bathrooms.
• No pool.

• Free wireless internet, breakfast buffet was OK.
• Old decor, could use new linens & towels.

• The amenities.
• Hated the disinfectant and smoke smell in the hall and lobby.

“Everything was nice, but what I put in #14 and that is what hit me the minute I walked in. My room itself did not smell that way. Because of the smell, I couldn't bear to take part in the breakfast offered.”

• Room was very clean, and morning staff very helpful.
• People living in hotel, cooking smells in hallways, torn carpet on stairway, "residents" hanging around in halls and outside.

“Room itself was perfectly fine, I would not stay there again because of concerns listed above.”

“Requested non-smoking room but got smoking, even though the hotel was supposedly non-smoking. Cigarette burns on bathtub. All of our clothing now smells like smoke. Room was dirty. No elevator in hotel. Staff was very slow. Staff member gave us the wrong directions to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were very slow. No effort to make our stay better. "Hot breakfast" consisted of rubbery scrambled eggs.”

• The room was spacious a comfortable.
• The first room we had, the door wouldn¿t lock. We had to get a different room.

• Best mattress and pillows, very clean.
• My computer cable was incompatible with the port in the room. Couldn't connect with wireless.

“Most comfortable bed and pillows I¿ve slept on in a very long time. Temperature level in the room was easy to control and I didn't want to crawl out of bed in the morning. Disappointed that I couldn't use my laptop in the room because my connector was not compatible with their port. But they did have a "community computer" in the lobby that worked fine for my needs on this short trip. Very clean and comfy.”

• The rooms were larger then normal hotels of this size. The rooms had microwave and refrigerator in the room, with a continental breakfast.
• The satellite TV went off.

“Very nice and clean. The rooms were larger then usual for this size hotel. The sales staff was efficient. The rooms had microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker and hair dryers. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again if I were in the area. There was not a pool but it did have a place to exercise and continental breakfast.”
