• The lobby and facilities are extremely nice.
• We had a water line problem on the day of check out and could not shower. No one notified us.

• Very pretty inside and comfortable.
• Carpet had a big stain on it and bathroom sink leaked.

“We stayed on the third floor and had a beautiful view of the water fall. Nice big hotel and it was nice having a restaurant in the building. All in all our stay was very nice.”

• Clean room, clean linens, courteous staff, nice ambiance.
• Noisy.

“Great hotel, clean, well heeled, nice amenities and good customer service. The acoustics, however, are reprehensible. Make sure of your room assignment before committing to the stay. Rooms by the elevators, fountains or ends of the hallways are very noisy.”

• It was an old Embassy Suites turned into a Holiday Inn. Very nice!
• Liked everything.

“This Holiday Inn used to be an Embassy Suites. It was very beautiful and kids eat free.”

• Electric outlet in the bathroom for the coffee pot did not work.

• No free breakfast.

“The hotel was easy to find, easiest check-in I've ever had, and the room was large and comfortable. The walls were thick because I didn't hear any outside noise at all!”

• Ambience, location, amenities.
• Dirt in vents, NS smelled of smoke, hair in dryer, not very clean for price, smoke alarm rang through night.

“Nice hotel and location. Good amenities and pretty foyer. A little loud (alarms through the night, doors slamming) and not quite as clean as one might like (vents filled with dirt in ceiling and bathroom). I would return, but ask for room away from main hall. Also, ask to 'preview' room for odors.”

• Good location, quiet, attractive atrium.
• Bar was not open until four on Sunday, NFL playoff time, had to walk to another bar.

“Clean, nice, nice location, quiet, has pool but did not use, restaurant smelled good, but did not use; bar was closed until 4 PM on Sunday.”

• Staff was very service oriented check-in and out, bar, restaurant, housekeeping.
• Spa was out of order, indoor pool water was cold.

“Would stay here again, great value for what we paid but would be a value for 2 times what we paid, enjoyed it.”

• Noisy elevator too near the rooms.

“Arrived at the hotel and the friendly staff greeted us and said 'everything is taken care of, here are your keys, enjoy your stay. cant beat that! Very comfortable rooms. Very nice treadmills and work out area.”

• Beautiful atrium area with waterfall which gave you the sensation of being in high scale location.
• Tried room service exactly at 10:00 p.m. and it had already shut down for the night.

“Everything about our experience with this motel was excellent! We will definitely use stay at this same location. A very positive experience for everyone! Clean rooms, with lots of space so we never felt cramped. The rooms were also quiet and we did not hear other motel noises once we were in our room. Very nice!”
