• Close to outlet malls and nice restaurants.
• Unsafe electrical problems, poor customer service, rude management told me to stop talking on the phone so she could talk instead. Unclean.

“I tried to get help with problems with the hotel from the start of our trip and was told to talk to the hotel management. 3 100 watt bulbs above Jacuzzi turned on by a metal pull chain, high voltage panel fell off wall and was taped back on, exposed wires in refrigerator, and refrigerator linked to light switch, so food spoiled first day and froze the next because of the broken dial. Cost us extra money in eating and we even lost our expensive leftovers. Room service had to be requested each day despite them being next to our room and failing to clean it. Never vacuumed. Delayed plans because we didn't have towels or enough shampoo. No one answered phone at front desk. Beer bottles and trash on premises. Outside lights out - unsafe for a room in back of the hotel that with a fence and nothing but grass and sand behind it! Hotel manager was critical of me and treated me as though all I was looking for was money, and did not treat my concerns as valid. She acted irritated by me and was condescending.”

• Nothing. It was an awful experience.
• Poor facility. Not clean. Unorganized.

“I arrived in my room only to find leftover food from the previous occupant in the refrigerator. I was called that evening to say that they needed to come in and inspect the room for the last occupant to receive their deposit back or I would be responsible for any damages. They left another packet of coffee by the sink without cleaning the pot out. It was an awful experience!”

• Right across the road from the beach.
• Not a very nutritious breakfast selection.

• The location is convenient.
• Way too pricey; the staff is also very unhelpful.

“The Days Inn Destin is way too expensive. We arrived early and had to pay $20 early check in fee. When we came back at 4:30 PM, the toilet wasn't working properly and we were told that housekeeping had gone home. So 45 minutes later, the front desk people dropped off a plunger and left. It was such terrible service. The bathtub was chipping and there was an old bar of soap still in it. The pull out couch was so atrocious that 2 of the 4 didn't sleep a bit. Terrible. Don't stay here!”

• We did not know about the amount of the pet deep and they met us half way on the cost. They were very nice and understanding.
• Our key cards would not work to our rooms kind of annoying.

“It located in the middle of everything so very easy access to whatever you wanted to do.”

• Nothing.
• Sink was broke, suite was way smaller than expected.

“It sucked! The price was too high for such a poor quality room. The sink was leaking into the floor and there was extremely limited space. I was expecting a sofa like the description said and a decent kitchenette, but boy was I wrong. The room was a regular room with a gigantic entertainment cabinet, that doubled as a closet. This made the room extremely confined, and hard to move in. When I turned on the sink, it poured water into the floor and we had to wait till the next day for someone to fix that. And to beat it all, room service only came by once, we an out of towels and when I called to get some more brought up, she told me I could come and get them myself. Some great service I tell ya. I not only won't stay here again, but I will also warn people about it.”

• Nasty old and smelly room.

“Had to pay the desk clerk $5.00 for non-smoking room. He said it was because I used an "agency" to book my room.”
