• Very accommodating, very friendly, and impeccable in cleanliness.
• ABC and NBC channels in the evening had sound only and no picture. Did have pictures in the morning programs.

“Great location for my work, impeccable in cleanliness and amenities. Friendly staff and I definitely would stay there again.”

• The room was very nicely decorated. There were many choices at breakfast.
• Chairs in breakfast area could be smaller so there would be more room for the people. Just a suggestion.

“We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very attractive. The shower was excellent, maybe the best I've ever had. Staff was friendly and competent. Free breakfast was great. lots of choices including boiled eggs, made-to-order waffles, cereal, juice, bagels, even grits! We would definitely stay here again.”

• The bathroom was small.

• Indoor pool and spa were great!
• The lack of lobby space and only 1 elevator.

“The updated rooms with wireless internet and flat screen TV was a plus. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was clean with plenty of chairs and the breakfast was good. The lobby space was too small for a hotel this size and the lack of an additional elevator. This meant that you had a long wait since you could only fit about 4 people in the elevator. Once you reached your floor the elevator was centrally located and you had to squeeze by other patrons in the narrow hallway. Other than that stated above we really had a great time and would love to stay there again. P.S. The pool was a hit!”

• The size of the room was adequate and the beds were comfortable.
• The room was not cleaned when we returned late in the afternoon. They offered to clean it, but we were relaxing and watching TV.

“The hotel is acceptable, but not great. The next time we visit Bloomington, we will look elsewhere first. There are other hotels that have better locations and nicer lobbies, etc. The lady refilling the food at breakfast Saturday morning was wonderful and friendly, wanting to accommodate us to make sure we were satisfied. She was the best part of our stay.”

• Clean, great beds, nice staff.
• Location from the heart of the IU campus. Hard to get a cab back.

“This is a very nice hotel and very clean. The staff was nice as well and they had comfortable beds. The only negative was the distance from the heart of the IU campus, but we were very satisfied.”

• Breakfast was good.
• Our room was right by stair case 102 very loud.

“Overall experience was good but the stair case noise was unacceptable (room 102). Front desk appeared unconcerned.”

• Queen size beds with so many pillows I didn't have to request extras.
• Nothing.

“This is conveniently located to IN-37, better for business on west/central side of Bloomington, but not for east side. Great pool and hot tub, great staff. So-so continental breakfast. Watch out for rooms at north end of hall on first floor -- we had a little trouble with odors, but staff were wonderful about accommodating us elsewhere.
